Transparency and Collaboration with Wrike
주석: Our organization has had a wonderful experience with support through our [sensitive content hidden] and the Wrike Help Desk. We did learn to make sure wording is very specific and detailed when working with sales.

I like how Wrike helps increase transparency and collaboration within our entire organization.
단점:
In a project, the data within the fields only "copies/duplicates" within the same task/project line level. The only way to get the data within the top level task to copy into sub tasks is to either pay to enable integrations and pay to have their solutions engineers write code to create a "Wrike to Wrike Integrations" or to manually transfer the data into the sub tasks.

주석: Wrike has been a game changer for our team, we have multiple specialist teams that use it in very different ways and it's critical to keeping our fast-paced work on track and organized. I do wish it had better integration with Google Suite tools, in a growing virtual and remote environment it feels critical that they figure out how to sync with cloud tools in a more seamless way, but overall very happy with our experience

There are so many different ways to organize, view and process information in Wrike, so it works well for many learner types. The amount of customization once you really know how to use the tool is vast, so once you invest the time to get over the learning curve you can really run with it.
단점:
The learning curve is steep, and we've found that just providing the training videos to our new hires during onboarding is not sufficient. We have to create dedicated, days-long workshops to teach staff how to use it.

Extremely Disappointed with the Wrike Team
주석: I’ve been using Wrike for a while now, and honestly, I thought the software was pretty decent. But wow, their customer service and accounts team? A whole different story. We’ve been stuck in this crazy mess because of an internal error made by a former employee and we’ve been trying to sort it out for months in good faith with Wrike, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. It’s super frustrating and feels like we’re just going around in circles. Trying to get through to their customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They dodge our calls, and getting any sort of response feels like a miracle. Either that or we end up speaking with really unprofessional reps that don't even bother to help or escalate. The times we did end up finally getting someone to help, they basically said, too bad, out of luck! And here’s the kicker – they’ve locked us out of our own data and systems because of this billing issue. It’s like they’re holding our data for ransom, which is just insane. It’s like they’re saying, “Nice data you have there, shame if something happened to it.” Not cool at all. Bottom Line: The software might be okay, but dealing with their team is a nightmare. It’s left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you’re thinking about using Wrike, just be aware of what you might be getting into with their customer service and billing. I’m definitely telling my network to steer clear!

Good product solution for Project Management and would be an amazing bit of software if the support and accounts team were good to work with. They took an amazing product that I am about to walk away from, just because they have company syndrome now and like abusing the little guy!

Customer service, support, and billing are awful. Beware!

Automation and dashboards
주석: Wrike has enabled us to create a central source of truth and build greater transparency of our project portfolio. The automation has eliminated manual activities and the ability to integrate with other platforms drive efficiency.

Request form, blueprints, dashboards and automation. These activities help with transparency and eliminate manual work.
단점:
Nothing right now. We have been using Wrike for seven years and over this time the platform has transformed to be a central source of truth for our program.
What I Experience with Wrike
장점:
Wrike facilitates robust PPM capabilities which enables me to save time by eradicating manual processes through real-time automation.
단점:
Apart from lack of offline access, I do not have any overwhelming aspect which I face.
