The support team is very quick to respond to any issues or questions. There are constant updates and improvements. > > **단점**: It can be tricky to set up due to how many options there are, but that's also what makes it so valuable long-term. ----- ### "Gym Master is amazing\!" — 5.0/5 > **Nadine** | *2025년 10월 2일* | 건강, 웰빙 및 피트니스 | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **장점**: The support team is amazing - updates are regularly done Easy to use and personalise Reasonable and worth it > > **단점**: Can't duplicate contracts - so having to manually do this for a lot of differnt contracts. Client facing app is not as modern as other platforms - but it works, so thats ok > > Love it - would recommend to anyone - any issues are always solved and love that I can call up any time and get immediate support from a human\! ----- ### "NEVER RECOMMEND\!" — 1.0/5 > **Katheryn** | *2019년 5월 27일* | 건강, 웰빙 및 피트니스 | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **장점**: At first I thought it looked simple. I very quickly learned that it is way more complicated than it looks. > > **단점**: EVERYTHING\!\! I don't think I can honestly say I liked ANYTHING about this product. This software changes ALL the time without warning. They claim it is to make it better, IT DOES NOT\!\! If you are in the USA forget support on Fridays that's their Saturday so you only get 4 days of support, and depending on what time zone your in. I have Pacific standard and so they are not available until 12pm. That means I get 9 hours of available support 4 days a week. NOT ENOUGH. When I found issues with the system they tried to treat me like I was stupid and didn't know the system, then come to find out (EVERY TIME) it was not me but the software. It has double charged members, deleted payments, failed to auto-bill for months at a time (So we lost thousands), and so much more. I can't tell you enough, do NOT use this company for your sanity. > > At first I thought we could work through the issues. Alas, the problems kept happening and getting worse and worse. I can't tell you how much stress this system has put on me, and the unprofessional positions that I have been put in and they DO NOT CARE\!\!\!\! "Sorry" is not an answer in business, you MAKE IT RIGHT. ----- ### "Realm Fitness review" — 5.0/5 > **Juan** | *2026년 7월 19일* | 건강, 웰빙 및 피트니스 | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **장점**: Gymmaster is easy to understand, once you sit down and see what they have to offer. members also have been enjoying the features of the app. > > **단점**: I wish there were more YouTube tutorials, to explain a few more things that the gymmaster has to offer or what we can do. > > \[sensitive content hidden\] and the support team have been very helpful through the process of opening. it eased up the stress from the grand opening ----- ### "Norway almost perfect" — 4.0/5 > **Egil** | *2025년 10월 22일* | 건강, 웰빙 및 피트니스 | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **장점**: overview, intuitive, uptime/working, possibilities are good Also the peolpe at the help-email is good > > **단점**: Payment fees are too high, and lack of scandinavian payment integration as Nets, Vipps, Mobile pay etc. > > Overall the experience is Good - our contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is very good to have, and the support is good. I think we could benefit from getting to talk to other scandinavian gyms that are using it so that we could learn from eachother. ----- Page: 1 / 8\ 다음: [Next page](https://www.capterra.co.kr/software/57469/gymmaster?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.co.kr/software/57469/gymmaster) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Structured Data
