> **장점**: It is very easy to use in payment processing and process automation, especially for internal bill, such as business travel expense.

> **단점**: Some steps are not very intuitive.
For example, when you create a request before the business travel and get approval, you need to append some invoice in the detail when you apply for the expense reimbursement, but some expense can be daily fixed, the form will not direct you about it.
> 
> When I was in my previous company for 5 years, the SAP Concur was our internal expense reporting system.we used it in relocation/business trip.
