Survey Monkey is intuitive and easy to use. The dashboards are wondeful and make it easy for our team to stay on the same page viewing real-time feedback.
장점:
I love how easy it is to make attractive surveys quickly and easily. It's a great tool for employee engagement!
단점:
The only thing I don't like - the design options are a bit limited, but are more than sufficient for an internal-facing tool.

Useful, easy to use platform that has a seamless UX which makes it enjoyable to utilize. Simple to collect data after and simple design makes it aesthetic and easily integrated with any brand
단점:
An additional survey software/site that requires an additional login/account. Otherwise cant complain

While I liked the software, I found better options available. However, my overall experience was not unpleasant. There were some great features that helped with the overall success of my project.
장점:
The contact list is well-organized and easy to navigate. I appreciate the ability to send out multiple, customized emails. The surveys provided valuable data, which helped me achieve my project goals and digital marketing needs.
단점:
The biggest con is the overwhelming number of promotional emails received after registration, which came weekly and started feeling like spam.

We used survey monkey for staff, pupil, parent and governor questionnaires. Ur summarised the data very well and gave clear indicators for future development.
장점:
Easy to use and can provide a good looking format for engagement with your stakeholders. We have used it both as creators and as customers
단점:
It took a while to train other staff members in its use but there are options and tutorials available: better than many other options
