> Pearl has been an expert in the field that has truly supported our journey to virtual instruction. Their supportive staff have been there every step of the way to support our needs. They have also developed drastically over the last two years with input from clients to help us better serve our students.

In my role, data is critically important to show the efficacy of our program. Pearls data reports give me exactly what I need to report the outcomes of my program.

> **단점**: I prefer the Pearl classroom to teaching in zoom, however, the Pearl classroom is only a 1:1 experience, as opposed to a group setting. You can still schedule and manage group sessions, you just need to meet in person or use zoom. I would love to see a multi-student classroom in the Pearl platform.

> Overall, the platform and team give me exactly what I need. Their system is easy to use and meets the data security standards for public education/higher ed. Their team is incredibly supportive and is willing to jump on a call or listen to my idea whenever I reach out.

> **장점**: Our customer support person was really nice to work with although his hands where tied with the fact that the platform sucks.

> **단점**: The technology is broken and does not work the way they present it during the sales process.  &#10;&#10;They also tell you that upgrades are coming but then they never come. When you ask about them they say hey you can pay us to front load that upgrade otherwise you have to wait.
> 
> The worst service we have ever dealt with. Tech support will close tickets without fixing the problem. They lie to you during the sales process and hope that once you spend money you won't leave because you are stuck for at least a year.

> **장점**: The Staff became like an extended family, alway willing to help and provide insight on how to add and remove things that may or may not go with my type of programs. I facilitate parent education and also provide 1:1 Coaching for parents who are in Trauma. This database has help me organize my family’s grow and development of the programs.

> **단점**: It not to much I don’t like, my Organization has been with them almost from the start and they have been a great asset.

> When I first came to Trilogy I was looking&#10;For a want to get my parents on schedule to have 1:1 session after we had class. And the wonderful leadership team, talked with me and divided a plan the fit just right with my program. O was at the end of a grant session and I needed to show the growth of the program. With the software that Trilogy provides I was able to do just that. And for that I’ am grateful

> **단점**: They just brought in a storefront which matches payment to sessions. This was a huge lacking feature before. However, it’s still not integrated for anything other than USD, which is unfortunate.

> The customer service is great and responsive. The team is open to suggestions and requests. They are very hands on.
