So you are paying for 1000 leads per day and receiving less that 20%.. Oh and did I mention their support stinks.. First, the product itself was \*\*sub-par at best\*\* for us. We experienced an enormous amount of inaccurate, outdated, or unusable contact information. On some lists, we might find only \*\*10–20 usable contacts out of 1,000 leads.\*\* For a company selling access to business and contact data, that level of accuracy was unacceptable for our needs. Unfortunately, the product quality was only part of the problem. Our experience trying to cancel the service was even worse. We followed the cancellation instructions provided on Seamless.AI's own website. Their instructions stated that after submitting the cancellation request, \*\*a billing specialist would reach out to discuss the cancellation.\*\* We submitted the request. \*\*No billing specialist ever contacted us.\*\* No email explaining that something else needed to be completed. No phone call. No warning that the cancellation had not been accepted. Instead, the account continued to be billed. When I contacted Seamless.AI about the cancellation, I was then told that we had not canceled in a timely manner because they require cancellation \*\*60 days prior to the end of the contract term.\*\* So, to be clear: \*\*We followed their published cancellation instructions. Their instructions said a billing specialist would contact us. Nobody contacted us. They continued billing us. Then they told us we failed to cancel within their required timeframe.\*\* I find that completely unacceptable. If your cancellation procedure requires the customer to submit a request and then wait for YOUR billing department to contact them, your company should not benefit when your billing department fails to make that contact. The manner in which this situation has been handled has been incredibly disappointing and, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. Between the \*\*poor quality of the lead data, inaccurate contact information, horrible customer support, cancellation process, continued billing, and the way our concerns have been handled\*\*, I cannot recommend this company. In fact, my recommendation is much stronger: \*\*DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SEAMLESS.AI.\*\* There are other providers available. I would not commit my company's time or money to Seamless.AI again. And if you're reading this review, \*\*please tell at least one other business owner or sales professional not to sign up for Seamless.AI.\*\* If you know someone considering the service, please share our experience with them.
