Our subscription was automatically renewed in January, but we have not used the service since the renewal and no longer need it. Despite this, AppTweak has outright refused to prorate the remaining 10 months or offer any refund, which is completely unacceptable. We expected a fair resolution based on our usage, yet customer support was unhelpful, merely citing company policy without any willingness to find a reasonable solution. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer concerns is frustrating and unprofessional. Holding on to a significant amount of upfront payment for a service we are not using feels unfair and exploitative.
