Excellent software built by smart team who knows their customers well
주석: I have been a user of Detrack since 2012 and recently, we've intensified the use of it as we ramp up our business to add more drivers and delivery routes. Detrack make it possible for us to scale up 50X. We couldn't have managed to do it without some sort of smart software. Best of all, the customer support is top-notch! Every time I have issues, they reply extremely fast AND more importantly, with a solution! Keep up the good work team!
장점:
Easy to set up and use for both the route planner and the delivery drivers. All the functions work perfectly and seamlessly. They are customisable too. Dashboard and all the tools are user-friendly.
단점:
Direct and seamless integration with e-commerce platform such as Shopify would be amazing to implement. It can currently be done using Zapier, but not the easiest to set up and it doesn't work seamlessly, so we're still reverting to manual Excel uploads for now.

Detrack use as a proof of collection review
주석: It's a nice little system, cost effective but has limitations which we are finding are more and more restrictive as our business grows. We use Detrack for our waste management company (proof of collection), so I feel we miss out on a lot of the POD functionality. I think there is real scope to develop the system further for collectors with regular customers.

It is very cost effective, easily to add users and the interface is easy to use for drivers and managers.
단점:
No backward and forward integration with Xero - need the ability to bill regular customers for the total number of jobs completed for them over a period (ie a month). Abilities to manage regular customer schedules within the system (rather than uploading from a spreadsheet). No ability to add photos to each job for the drivers to see. No ability to add set items/descriptions with pricing for each item and regular customer. Reporting functionality is very basic. More can be gathered from exporting data to Excel.

We have Xero integration in beta now and are looking forward to opening it up to our customer base soon. We have also released Advanced Reports in our Detrack Advanced plan, its available for you to try now at now extra cost. Loads more to follow!
about 3 months use
주석: customer service is fast, but they seem to be inexperienced with food catering app or business because there are key items missing such as organizing the orders, they will not sort by date or time.
장점:
its basic but either the price needs to go down or the features that are available need an overhaul. not more features, but the features need to be updated.
단점:
method of data entry, app is bloated with too many "confirmations", "live" tracking is off, nothing gets sorted by date or by time so drivers are always confused. have to manually let drivers know which order is first on the list.

So far so good. but maybe not for long term use.
주석: does the job well. driver got accustomed to the app feature very quickly.
장점:
Simple App & Manual (used to be). drivers are accustomed to the app feature very quickly, and i like the previous manual/ documentation. straight to the point, i can see whats available. but now the manual list is not easy to find.
단점:
- the customer service experience is bad. since detrack outsourced it, the response is slow and they do not know technical and acted like messengers only. "I'll check with the technical team" is a common answer, and long wait time makes it worse. but this problem is prevalent for a larger corporation. meaning it'll only get worse through time. - rising prices.

Could Work Better for Trades
주석: I like the ability to customize the fields, but further configuration would make this a great choice for other trades-related businesses (plumber, locksmith, electrician, etc).
장점:
The customer always is updated about our status.
단점:
It's not very customizable. I don't need the Pickup and Delivery tabs. We are not a delivery service. We are a trades company and use this to schedule and inform our customer where we are. This could be customized to service businesses and it would be a great feature for the other trades.
