> As we pivoted to remote, a lot of things we took for granted in the normal office changed. It was no longer possible to walk to the HRs to ask a question, or for HR to talk to colleagues to find out the pulse. This is where Leena AI stepped in with Avia. This helped automatically answer any question that Icertians had about the ongoing policy or process, track the efficiency of the HR function and get real-time feedback through surveys. All of this has been easily possible, thanks to Leena AI.
