It has made our PMs and emergency maintenance program more effective. The software is at a good price point for our authority. We have had great success in working with the support teams when needed. Work orders are now easily tracked and referenced when needed from anywhere at any time. This saved us the nightmare of paper copies. > > **단점**: I dislike the mobile and desktop applications. The mobile app is not as intuitive as the desktop. The other issue I have is that the asset and location when creating a work order is in my opiion backwards. The asset should be before the location.
