Great CRM, You must consider when looking for a CRM!

주석: EngageBay has exceeded my expectations. This program is truly starting to get my business going. I enjoyed my sales guy and everything he told me has been true, yes that's a first. The Customer Service people are great, they are there all the time and have really helped me along. The price was much less than the competition, and if you get the All-in-One set up, they do not nickel and dime you for more modules as its all in that package. I give EbgageBay 100% for all they are doing.

Without a doubt what I like the most is the customer service and all the help I receive. I am not a IT expert and hooking up apps and making SMS, automation and setting up my needs is not something I know a lot about. The Customer Service has been amazing and quite frankly beats the competition I have worked with. I found most companies to be all talk when it comes to helping, but EngageBay has helped me every step of the way, by chat and on the phone when I need extra help.The product is full of tools, I am using the "All In One" version and it does everything I need at half the price as the competition. It amazes me how many choices there are and how much I can do.I find this program will also grow great as our company grows. It's more than we need today, but it won't be next year and for the price, it would be silly to go anyplace else.

단점:

For me the thing I dislike the most about any program is learning how to use it. But like I said the support is great.There is not a lot I do not like about EngageBay, I am a very happy Customer. If I had to pick something, I would like to see a larger EngageBay University with many more in-depth and beginner videos. I am told this is coming, so that will be great!

Great, Value for Money Solution for a B2B

주석: We were looking for a solution that would suit a B2B and were comparing various options against the features of Pardot and Hubspot. EngageBay came out as the most cost-effective solution that gave us most of the features but at a much more reasonable cost. We are happy with the choice of EngageBay for our business. Not only is it good value, but it is easy to use and the support is better than their competitors (including some of the market leaders which I have experienced first hand).

It does everything we need at a much more reasonable cost than than the market-leading marketing platforms and CRMs. Also, the interface is much easier to use and far more intuitive than some of the market leaders, eg. SalesForce/Pardot. The support team are responsive and will answer any questions which is helpful particularly in the set up phase. We are based in Australia, so sometimes there is a time lag but it has not caused us any issues to date.

단점:

There are a few missing features which would seem to be obvious, eg. not being able to sort on every column of data or only having the client's first name listed in some places when having both names would be more helpful or not having the ability to insert an email link into their templates. However, these can be worked around.

Pleasantly Surprised

주석: I've used this platform for about 6 months now. Once I got passed the warmup process there have been no limits. I highly recommend it.

I like the platform overall. I went in just expecting an email platform but have gotten so much more out of it. The landing pages and ability to bring in my own coding into their platform has saved lots of time for me. Their customer service is top notch and responsive.

단점:

It's not the BEST platform out there. And it's priced that way. No knock against it at all. The best platforms out there cost a fortune. This is the best bang for your buck you'll get anywhere bar none. If money is no object go someplace else. Pound for pound eEngagebay is the real deal.

The best CRM I've ever used

주석: I have been able to do everything i need plus more in engagebay and the guys on the helps desk are awesome

I like pretty much everything about engagebay

단점:

i cannot put my similar automations into folders. i cannot search automations in the search bar Automations do not allow date finder however there is a work around for this so its not too much of a problem
