I have never done a migration like this before, and it was quite daunting. I had used Bokun previously, but never managed a migration. I took the plunge headfirst. Viator connected instantly and synced all bookings, but then... what about the rest: Airbnb, GYG, Website bookings? After a slight panic, I decided to contact Bokun support by chat. This was the shocking part... The relief of knowing that someone was there to genuinely help was amazing. Bookings have dropped since we started using them because Viator is stealing the data, which is their parent company, so they can get people booked there and then hit you with fees. Everything broke all the time, you lost money, and then they would blame you.
