Great Physical Hardware!!!

주석: My overall experience with OptiSigns has been positive, but time will tell.

장점:

As a member of a LED Signage company, we vet our content player suppliers vigorously. Because we have built our own players in the past, we know how difficult both hardware and software can be to develop and maintain. Upon first sight, OptiSigns pro player has great hardware that you can tell will last.

단점:

Recently, we were trying to configure a pro player to send duplicate data out of two of the three HDMI ports. This was not a plug and play feature and doesnt have an obvious way to change this. It also doesnt seem to be a setting you can change remotely.

Easy to use, great support

주석: We have a few office locations, and some model homes that we show potential customers; We wanted to use our displays to advertise our business, personalize customer experiences, or put other related things up for display in the offices and models. OptiSigns makes this possible while managing all locations and devices from one portal.

OptiSigns has been a game-changer for our digital signage needs. The portal is easy to navigate, and has made creating and managing content an absolute breeze. Setting up screens was simple, and the platform’s ability to schedule and update content remotely has saved us so much time and effort when managing multiple locations. The variety of templates and integrations they offer lets us quickly create engaging and dynamic displays that capture attention. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our team and customers alike since using OptiSigns. Their customer support has been great as well. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, their support was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, OptiSigns offers fantastic value for its price, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed digital signage solution!

There is a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, but as mentioned, anytime we have any questions we either find the answer in support articles or the support team has been able to help us.

OptiSigns 전환 이유: OptiSigns offered month-to-month billing, which we wanted to go with because we were unsure at the time how much use we'd get out of digital signage, so it was a nice way to get into OptiSigns without a yearly/multi-year agreement. Additionally, the price of month-to-month was better than the competitors we looked at.

Optisigns is a game-changer for my business displays! So easy to use and eye-catching

Occasional lag when updating content and limited free templates. Would love to see more options for customization.

Simple, Clean, and Intuitive Sytem

주석: If there are no firewall issues with your network, set up is a breeze. Creating and uploading your own assets is an easy and an enjoyable experience and there are hundreds of premade templates you can just modify. The system is familiar and intuitive and the price give you your money's worth and more.

장점:

Optisigns was easy to use with a clean interface and an intuitive system. There were plenty of professional and well designed premade templates and if you are used to creating/modifying designs on Canva, then you have pretty much mastered Optisigns. And if you haven't you will easily figure it out. Data mapping is also a huge plus since we have rates that change regularly.

단점:

If you have a heightened security network if might block it right away but it doesn't really tell you that it might be a firewall issue. My personal experience was, because it wouldn't connect to our network, the pairing code didn't show up at all. Depending on someone's level of familiarity with such issues, they might just think the device is defective. A warning message somewhere that indicates that issue would be extremely helpful. There is an article about whitelisting but you need to know what to look for and dig for it.

Excellent product, until it isn't

주석: If you never need support, you will be very happy this product.
If you do need someone to help... hopefully, the repair goes by the script 100%. Because tech support doesn't actually know anything but what is in the binder.

Easy interface for most aspects. Lots of external plug-ins to expand signage capabilities.

단점:

Tech support is meh - had an issue with a player and went back and forth with the requirements to fix. Was sent an article, when I pointed out the article didn't work for me because I couldn't do one of the steps. I was informed I needed to read the article again because it was telling me the opposite of what it was actually telling me.

Communicating in real time that’s easy, creative and efficient!

주석: It’s met all our current needs, and even helped us uncover things we can offer that we didn’t realize we needed and would bring added benefit.

The ease of use ensures it is utilized, updated frequently, and effective in our communication goals.

단점:

It initially looks intimidating for the less tech savvy individual; however, they quickly discover they can become a pro in no time.

Great solution to our display issues

주석: I've enjoyed using optisigns and like that you can control it remotely and there is an app as well that's super convenient. This has been a great asset to our company.

We were having issues trying to display things on our screen and Optisigns solved that problem. It eliminated us having to connect a computer and also allowed us to schedule the screen to change at certain times which saved us having to do it every day.

단점:

I struggled to display an excel sheet with Optisigns. I got it to work eventually but it's a little clunky.

Great, easy to use product

It's quick, intuitive and easy to use. It was easy to get multiple screens setup with different schedules. Was not hard to learn at all.

단점:

Once we have lots of different graphics, the main screen (our view, not customer view) can be a bit cluttered. There should be an automatic feature to hide graphics that aren't used in awhile.

Great features and easy to use

주석: We recently transitioned from Spectrio to OptiSigns, and the experience has been excellent. The platform is user-friendly, offers a variety of great features, and the setup process was seamless. Additionally, it is significantly more cost-effective. I have not encountered any drawbacks so far, and it remains very straightforward to use.

Increase customer engagement with relevant promos and ads

주석: I'm a fairly new user but so far the product has been excellent. I love it when a product seems to have thought of everything. There has been many times where I would say something like, "I wish it could..." and sure enough, there was an option already available.

장점:

The ability to run photo and video promos to our customers is huge. Being able to push new content from a remote location also saves us time. Scheduling and expiring content is another plus for us. Love that we can control this in a single visit to the platform.

단점:

Wish all the features worked on devices like Apple TV and Roku rather than having to purchase a dongle for every screen.

Easy to use and effective

주석: Effective, easy to use, and cost effective for our needs. Great job!

The ease of use and the fact that it works on various hardware options. You are not locked into a specific hardware device. We had another system and the hardware device was very expensive.

단점:

Not much to dislike about the OptiSigns System.

Awesome alternative to Raydiant!

주석: Overall, I'm very pleased with the ease of use and the very low cost of using OptiSigns. The learning curve was minimal during the change over from Raydiant to OptiSigns.

장점:

I thought I wouldn't be able to find anything close to Raydiant and after a couple of months researching I finally found OptiSigns and I've never looked back. I was worried about functionality and ease of use. I wish I would've found Opticians from the start. I wasted so much money on Raydiant.

단점:

I haven't found anything that I don't like. I use a lot of the products offered and I'm still learning what I can do each day to make my business explode with new ideas.

OptiSigns Review

주석: My experience with OptiSigns has been great. It's easy to manage and work with, and the storage capacity plays an important role. Additionally, the ability to work remotely is a big plus.

Overall, it seems like OptiSigns ticks off all the boxes for an efficient and effective digital signage solution.

단점:

I haven't spent more than 6 months with OptiSigns, which means I haven't used all the features yet. Therefore, I would strongly appreciate having the option to schedule some content instead of manually uploading different content every day for it to appear on the screens.

Great system to modernize an old display!

주석: Optisigns was a great option for bringing old "tack and paper" employee notification bulletin boards into the modern era of digital signage. The hardware is easy to set up, customer service friendly and knowledgeable, and the app makes updating information easy and convenient.

Optisigns allowed me to take my business advertising into the modern digital age. I was able to replace a very outdated paper rack system with a TV display and the OptiSigns Pro Signage Player. The system was easy to set up and it has made advertising and information distribution to employees easy.

단점:

There was a minor issue with a full display during the intial set up, but was corrected with a simple call to customer service. However, when the dispaly is turned back on each day, I have to unplug the player in order to reset it so the full screen is displayed.

Love how this program works

주석: I love this software. This is the second time I have had to interact and use the software. I love managing the messaging the first time around, so when I heard that they want to use OptiSign in my new role within the same institution, I was onboard and pushed to get it set up. It was also helpful to my new division that I had already interacted with the software before so I could train others to use the software.

After a little bit of playing with the software, it becomes user friendly and easy to use. There are so many different things you can do with this software. There are many free templates that can be used to speed up and decrease the time you need to get your messaging across.

단점:

I don't have a con for this system. The issues I have faced have been user error.

The Easiest Program I Have Ever Used - 5 Stars

주석: By far the quickest and easiest program I have ever used. With only 10 minutes of basic instruction I have been able to share so much information with employees. Additionally, we are an operation that has employees in multiple buildings, so being able to put out specific information to employees in each building is a blessing!

This is by far one of the easiest and simplest programs I have ever used. It took me only 10 minutes to learn the features and functions and I have been using it everyday since them. Employees love seeing information they can use in real-time, and it helps minimize the traffic to the HR department for common information that employees usually come to see us for. I love that I can incorporate slides that have QR codes that we use to direct employees to payroll and benefits vendors and enrollment sites. I love this program!

단점:

So far there isn't anything that I can say I like least. I know there are more features to use, and I cannot wait to be able to learn more and more features available on the platform.

OptiSigns Review ISUF

주석: I am pleased with OptiSigns. It has given my team the ability to create engaging content to keep other employees in the loop on important information, but also recognize them for their hard work. I think OptiSigns has been easy to use and I appreciate having it in the toolkit.

I really enjoy using the product. The overall presentation is clean, looks sharp, and gives my team the ability to use their creative energy to create attention grabbing and engaging content. Not many limitations to the product and am a happy customer!

단점:

Some minor details like screens logging out of OptiSigns so we have to reconnect them. Usually happens a couple times per week.

A robust and great product

주석: Amazing! Happy with the level of service, the customer support experience, all of the features, and everything in between. I'm excited to push this out even more as the company I work for grows.

To be honest, everything. I came from a company that used AppSpace, and when I initially was looking for my new company, it was the best change I could have hoped for. The initial meeting with sales wasn't pushy, they were friendly, and they pointed me in the correct direction that worked best for my company, not for what they wanted to sell me. All of the features, integrations, user management, and options just can't be beat. I love being able to create teams so they can manage their own content, the ease of pairing a TV and initial set up, to even being able to use them for meetings to hook up wirelessly. It really can't be beat!

단점:

Honestly, there isn't anything that comes to mind. I may be new to this software, but it's pretty amazing!

Great product at a great price, with a few issues.

주석: For the most part I am very happy with the system. It is easy to use and even though we've had some problems with dynamic content not loading and having to reload content manually, it hasn't been something we haven't been able to work around. It is very reasonably priced for the options it gives us for displaying content. I would like the apps to actually work better and it would be nice to have some way to reach customer support more quickly, but again, for the price, this is a pretty robust system.

The setup and interface with the Optisigns application and online content management system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. The ability to manage and push content to a remote location from my design office is great.

단점:

Content apps are glitchy and don't work. I've tried linking dynamic content to our google drive using their supplied apps to display slide shows and google calendar schedules and it works so poorly I have all but given up on using dynamic content. I also setup framed content and some of the frames don't load, leaving a blank space on the screen. The other problem is that content will periodically fail to load from the network, so I have to physically drive to the location and fix it on the TV app, manually reloading the content. This is a real pain when I add new screens for the members that are time sensitive and they don't load, then I have to go to the location and reset the content manually.

OptiSigns has been a major player in my side business.

OptiSigns' remote ability to make changes to my digital signs has been a game-changer for me. Before using OptiSigns, I would have to physically go to my store location every time I wanted to update my digital signs. This was not only time-consuming but also costly in terms of time and resources. With OptiSigns, I can now make changes to my digital signs remotely from anywhere, at any time. This has allowed me to bring in more revenue by promoting new products, sales, and events in real-time.

단점:

While OptiSigns has been a great asset to my business, one area that could use improvement is the speed performance in the user interface. The interface can sometimes lag when making changes or uploading new content, which can be frustrating when trying to make quick updates.

Much More Powerful and Easy and Much Less Expensive than a Digital Signage Vendor

주석: It has been excellent. We looked at another on-site vendor and it was going to be thousands of dollars in services and expensive hardware. We love being able to use very inexpensive hardware (Amazon Firestick 4K Max) and the cloud subscription model that allows us to pay a monthly fee per screen.

We were able to achieve the results we are looking to achieve.

단점:

We've not had success pushing 4K content. We are able to add it, but it displays in HD instead of 4K. We've opted for using a computer as a kiosk for occasions where we need to display 4K content. We use this to post a three week schedule for drivers, and that screen has a lot of detail.

Optisigns has been great for our hotel!

장점:

We are a large hotel with banquet space. We need to display property-specific information to our guests daily (on-site dining, outside weather, local resources). When we have events going on, we also need to display event-specific information (meeting times, location, etc.). OptiSigns makes it so easy to pre-schedule and toggle from playlist to playlist. The best this is that it can be managed remotely - no more flash drives being unplugged and then plugged back in!

단점:

The design application is a bit clunky. We are used to using Canva and are accustomed to how user-friendly it is. In time, we will become more accustomed to the OptiSigns design tool. Though you can upload JPEGs into the asset library, I hope one day we will be able to upload videos, too!

Optisigns is versatile and easy-to-use!

주석: The experience has been positive and pain-free. It is very easy to set up and maintain.

I like how configurable the permissions are. Each team can individually manage their screens and I can manage them as an admin.

단점:

At our company we often use OptiSigns to display PowerBI. There aren't a lot of content or template suggestions for something like this. It seems to mostly suggest things for shopping or things like that. There could maybe me more suggestions for displaying statistics.

Simple setup, Intuitive software and app

주석: We wish we were using OptiSigns last year, or the year before. It's a simple user interface with powerful on-site advertising possibilities.

장점:

The simplicity of setting up the account, and the subsequent ease of training new staff is huge for us. Controlling content/screens with an app on a phone was also a big plus. The content scheduling of specific playlists on specific screens was exactly what we were looking for. And, I love the month to month option which is ideal for a seasonal business like us.

단점:

We've been using Optisigns for just a month now, but so far we haven't found any negatives.
