> **장점**: The user interface is INCREDIBLY easy to use. I love how you can seamlessly transition from merging PDFs to cropping them, and so forth. Great suite of features. User-friendly. Good value for the money. Also, support is fast if I ever have a technical issue.

SmallPDF's \*web app\* OCR feature produces the cleanest and most legible OCR'd files I have seen, but whenever I try to OCR very large files or very many files, it crashes because a web browser just can't handle that much processing. I have noticed this tendency in PDF readers: whenever they have a web app version and a desktop app version, the web app version crashes if it tries to OCR very large files or very many files, but the desktop app can handle is. 

The OCR feature needs to be brought to the desktop Smallpdf app. Please. I beg you. I'll pay more money for it.

> **장점**: It works very intuitively, almost everybody can work with this, i came from adobe pdf software, but this is so much easier and smoother. Even converting to excel works so nice.

> **단점**: converting to word from pdf not great had a lot of editing to do to make it right wasting time hoping it will improve very soon
