And they lock you in to a 3 year contract, repetitively. You would think after the first 3 years, you'd be able to continue your subscription on an annual basis. Nope. They require another 3 year contract. Want to add form support to the component, it's another huge cost increase. SyncFusion provides a PDF Editor web component at much more reasonable price that seems to do everything this product does and it's free for companies with under $1m of annual revenue. I'd definitely spend more time researching much more reasonably priced alternatives before committing to the 3 year contract. > > I'm not happy. After using the product for 5 years, but no longer needing it, and with a struggling budget, they wouldn't cut me a break on the 6th year of the contract. I run a small company that provides a B2B product.
