> **장점**: It has been a practical tool for keeping ALL organized. I mainly use it to centralize bookings, manage cleaners/cleaning times, automate guest messages, and streamline the check-in/check-out process.
> 
> **단점**: Pricing does adding up.. an initial annual fee and then monthly charges is quite ridic. Seems subscription cost for smaller hosts is more pricey as compared to their  enterprise solution? Also syncing issues sometimes.
> 
> Instead of jumping between platforms, it has helped me monitor my reservations, thereby triggering a more effective guest response time/feedback

> **단점**: Every now and then I've noticed my automated messages stop sending and I need to delete and redo them in order for them to work again. We also have had issues with the door lock creating new codes, I'm not sure if this is a Guesty issue or my lock.

> Over all, Guesty has been a super big help with managing my properties. The platform is easy to use, easy to add automations, and at a good pricepoint.
