장점:

It facilitates communication and the integrations with 365 allow us to work directly on shared files all in one app.

단점:

I believe most of the cons of teams are related to company limitations. However, I would like if it was integrated natively the option to have reminders on messages.

Microsoft Teams

주석: I personally found Microsoft Teams to not be super user friendly. Once I got the hang of it I admit it is very convenient because many companies and businesses use it.

Microsoft Teams is very convenient for instant messaging as well as quick video calls.

단점:

There were a lot of icons to learn what each of them do, and I found the scheduling calendar to be confusing.

IN-person meetings with a Hybrid Mode

주석: Overall, the experience has been great. The MSFT Teams is really dynamic when it comes to customer experience & collaboration especially with most of orgs's hybrid structure. The new background effects to make everyone give a feel of being under the same roof is also something I love about this tool. It just keeps getting more advance and up the notch every time.

The new Teams is really wonderful with the different meeting options. The audio quality and video quality seems to be pretty stable so far. Love the new update with enhance stability and collaborative space.

단점:

I do bump into instances after the new update where I can't open attachments received or sent before I have to kill the application and open it again. Have submitted tickets to root cause to my IT teams but were not able to resolve it internally.

Teams is a sufficient platform for communication

주석: It's been mostly good! Gets the job done.

Easy to chat back & forth with colleagues. Lots of emoticons & gifs. Calls mostly work. Easy to organize & make groups.

단점:

Files stored/shared in Teams sometimes crash my computer. Occasional oddities during calls.

Great meeting tool to couple with Microsoft 356

주석: Useful tool that works well with Loop and Sharepoint.

I like the integration with Loop and Sharepoint.

단점:

The popup when you screen share is on the screen you’re sharing and at the top. I wish it were hidden. Also difficult to choose between teams and zoom.

Simply your interactions with colleagues

주석: Microsoft Teams is helpful, intuitive, and a tool that is extremely easy for actual teams to interact, share ideas, edit content, and more. It was easy to start using effectively on Day 1.

Microsoft Teams is very intuitive and simple to use. I love how collaborating with others is extremely easy, and you can switch back and forth between chatting/texting with colleagues, calling them, sharing screens, and even editing content via a SharePoint at the same time.

단점:

Sometimes Microsoft Teams can lag a bit or certain content doesn’t save as intended.

Instant connections

주석: I use teams daily to connect with team members or for virtual meetings with people internally and externally. It's really easy to navigate and I personally like the virtual meetings feature better then zoom.

The ability to send an instant message to someone and get a quick response. Also, really like how you can share your screen if you are trying to virtually train someone or explain something, this feature is super nice!

단점:

You can only message through chat with people who are from your agency/business.

Good way to set up meetings

주석: Pretty good app to set up meetings with colleagues across the globe

Screen share, presentation, meeting set up and schedule is easy

단점:

Sometimes goodly to instal on new computer

With Microsoft Team...it's better

주석: Daily usage of Microsoft Teams is very pleasant. Calls quality, posts and channels are very well managed

Sometimes the updates are not well declared and they can affect the user experience.

주석: Microsoft Teams has provided us with a secure way to collaborate, communicate and virtually meet with our coworkers, suppliers and even better our customers. This way is convenient, saves us time and money because we don't have to be in the office to hold our discussions or meetings. We often meet for team projects and constant updates keep us on the same page and enable us strategize and meet our goals and objectives

Microsoft Teams has been our ultimate collaboration tool in our organization. Given that most of our work is collective and usually divided as team projects, we appreciate that Microsoft Teams has become our easy to use partner in these group projects. It integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365 apps which enable us import and export data from this apps seamlessly. Individual and group chats enable us to instantly message team members for feedback or any discussion. Additionally it enable us to send files to my coworkers. Usually when I want to focus on work item, I mute the conversations and will later get back to them. We have been able to create chat channel for different topics and this make it easy to resolve issues of separate topics. With only relevant messages on different channels it saves us time of scrolling through lots of clutter message. Microsoft Teams provide us with everything we need to collaborate live on realtime. Accessing all Microsoft apps from one point,calls and videoconferences enable us to work efficiently. Microsoft Teams mobile app is convenient and enable us to meet at our own comfort without having to be in the same location. Microsoft Teams integrates with so many other tools which smoothens file sharing and workflow optimization.

단점:

I love everything about Microsoft Teams and most especially the fact that it has everything I need in one place. Messages, meetings, notes and documents. I have realtime access to my teammates which makes collaboration quick and easy.

Teams: One Program to Rule Them All

주석: I am an administrator and also work within it to manage my department's daily activities, chats, project management.

장점:

I like how much capability the program offers. The features offered give you the ability to excel in team collaboration, communication, management and so much more, instead of needing multiple other programs that do the same thing.

단점:

It has some limitations of using other microsoft programs like excel and PowerPoint as stand alone programs since their features work best that way, but Teams gets you mostly there.

주석: it's great, much better than zoom or skype (who uses skype anymore?) , and always evolving not always easy with the copilot updates but intuitive enough, clean and simple appearance and interface

meeting video recording and screen sharing those are the top features IMO

단점:

constant notifications either on banners or pop-ups, they are too distracting they should just be in-chat notifs like a +1 or so in front of the pvt window or group chats just so we know where are the new messages

For Todays generation!

주석: I use Teams on a daily basis to DM and video conference with coworkers and staff. It makes this easy to do and there aren't too many functions to click to get the job done.

Teams is quick to use and the visual aspect is easy for your eyes to interpret.

단점:

It takes a few minutes longer to load then our previous platform.

Microsoft Teams, Your friend to no end..

주석: I love it!! I even love it for our team meetings over zoom!! When we had background photo contests at work, there was a way to incorporate us all together in the photo as if we were really in the room together!! That was bomb!!

I love the ease and user friendly functionality of the app.. specifically the ease of locating a team member in teams, and being able to call them regularly, or via video call.. I also love the ease of sharing documents and resources.. I love it all!!

단점:

I don’t really have a complaint about trans, except for the fact that when a notification comes in, teams pops up as the primary window to show you the message right away.. I would love it if there was a way to deactivate that..

Teams is easy to use, but has pitfalls for new users.

주석: Instant messaging , meetings and ad hoc video calls could not be easier. However sharing documents which are hosted in sharepoint can become confusing.

Teams has easy to use collaborative tools and functions that empower you to work remotely with all the benefits of being in the office.

단점:

Teams has a dependency upon a well organised SharePoint structure, and this concept can be difficult to convey to new users.

Teams for Teams

주석: Overall the system is great, really works well for the business, keeps us in constant contact with each other when in different parts of the business. This also allows us to see who is offline and online, meaning we can contact the best person right away.

The ease of being able to contact colleagues knowing who is active.

단점:

The documents section (OneDrive) because I find this tricky to understand when accessing the documents.

Teams Review

주석: I'm not entirely satisfied using teams as you run into frequent issues with respect to voice connectivity.

Just like any other messenger. Easy to chat/call with others

단점:

Sometimes it's very difficult to hear the other person during phone calls. It takes a very long time to connect to teams.

Sturdy Voice and Video Communication Tool

장점:

It is fully integrated into M365 making productivity and collaboration seamless. Nicely integrated with Outlook, especially the calendar management. Notification tab covers a lot. 24/7 Onedrive integration along with Word, excel, power point, and OneNote. Zero issues with meetings and their creation, clear and smooth interface familiar to all who used Outlook.

단점:

A lot of features around Sharepoint feel redundant requiring too many clicks. Teams channels often lag if the directory behind is 'heavy'. Permissions can be confusing and need monitoring / admin online. The latest update that blocks access to the center of the screen, where browser tabs are at the top, while sharing is insanely bad UI/UX. This requires immediate attention but it is still not solved. Search function is similar to Outlook.

A good application compared to others

주석: Wonderful. I have done a lot of video communication several times, and it has saved me a lot of effort by meeting through the program without the need to go to the work site.

I loved the feature of communicating with calls in complete privacy and without the phone number of anyone in the group in the application

Only sometimes it suddenly cuts out or the sound cuts out.

주석: Overall, I am a happy product user of Teams. I appreciate the opportunity to have multiple options to have group meetings either in secret spaces or collaborative channels.

I love the functionality of Teams including the option to video/virtual meet with colleagues and house documents related to a project or the meeting specifically. There are so many programs embedded in the platform that makes it a great one stop shop for collaboration.

단점:

The visibility of your status and how quickly it goes away. Also, sometime there are glitches with the quality of the call especially with video on Mac.

Good communication and collaboration platform

주석: The rest of the unit uses Teams, so best choice. Also I’m used to MS Office products, so overall intuitive. I like the multi platform compatibility/availability.

Nice integration of chatting, calendar, video conferencing, calls etc. Sending files and saving for collaboration is also nice. It’s available on PC, MacOS, iOS and I assume android, so super continent to be connected all the time.

단점:

The individual use cases are less intuitive or lacks some features that Zoom, other chatting and other apps have, but it’s a matter of integration or slightly better features. The scheduling features are very limited.

Your daily communication tool

주석: great - basically you feel like getting paid for chatting sometimes ;) jokes aside the tool provides lot of power.

For most of our colleagues this replaces endless e-mail communication. Easy to set up group chats. Having channels with Teams-groups is great and relatively easy to admin from support point of view. (don't let end-users generate teams channels to prevent clutter of channels though ;) )

단점:

When you integrate lots of 3rd party apps - your RAM consumption will increase (we work with at least 16GM ram laptops)
