Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product. But considering the features, flexibility, and Gmail-native experience, it more than pays for itself. Especially when you factor in saved time and increased deliverability. Test your emails first Always add yourself to the Sheet and run a real test. Occasionally, merge fields don’t populate as expected…not often, but often enough that you’ll be glad you checked.
