GMass gives you some ideas for working around this, but it's best to consider staying within the posted limits. It does not include pre-built email templates or an "email builder" like you would see in a marketing tool like SquareSpace. You are limited to what you can compose in GMail, or by building an email with HTML and importing the raw HTML in yourself. (Embedding images are another issue.) Then, you can only connect with customer service if you have GMass attached to your emails. I'd already pulled the chrome extension off my computer. Without the GMass extention, you cannot get a hold of customer service. To me, this is dishonoring to the customers that pay money monthly to use a product.
