Samsara has improved the quality of data we receive as well as the ability to gather and share the same in a timely manner.

장점:

The equipment we received was good quality and easy to install. Software was simple to install.

단점:

As with any new system there is a learning curve but Samara's support team is there every step of the way. They will check on you weather you ask or not.

It has been great from day one, the management team right down to tech support. The dashboard is so easy to navigate and the AI support is very handy.

장점:

The customer relations team is top notch! They respond quickley and have a diverse team to help solve issues.

단점:

If there was a video library to help users navigate the sections, that would be fantastic. Some people learn better by watching then reading.

For the most part, it works as intended. We are huge on safety and the cameras help protect our drivers. However, the system is not always accurate when showing addresses (a vehicle can show they are two buildings down the road when they are parked here), and the DVIR builder could be better in general.

장점:

GPS tracking and safety events are big in the company and these features are powerful. They can sometimes have errors but it is getting better with time.

단점:

DVIR very limited. I understand that by DOT laws, pictures are not required if an item within the DVIR is "safe", however for companies like ours that the vehicles end up scattered all around the country, having pictures regardless is very important. We have to find an alternate way to get everything needed.

Incredible form the platform we came from! [sensitive content hidden] our rep is awesome, again the system continues to get enhanced and more user friendly!

장점:

It works, its compliant, its easy to use. The system evolves and gets better. Easy to contact support when needed!

단점:

In some cases, the support team doesn't understand your need, also we need to get a list of known bugs before we call, example we can't get rid of the Spanish speaking trainings and the system will assign them to drivers that don't speak Spanish.

Great support, Samsara has Drivers mobile app to track deliveries/trucks, customers can make use of the features available features for their business needs.

장점:

Accurate and Easy of use for drivers, Customer support is great, Great in technology , Good logistics Application in the market.

단점:

All customers must needs technical competency to copup the technology using by samsara, not plug in and play type.
