The admin page is user-friendly, with clear instruction documents readily available. For any minor confusion, support is easily accessible via the chatbot, which provides responses within a minute. We integrated the application with M365 Entra for dynamic user management, which was simple and quick to set up. It was also integrated with our Wi‑Fi network to automatically send guest Wi‑Fi access codes to visitors upon sign-in, and this has been working perfectly. Training the receptionist on basic management was straightforward, and there have been very minimal ongoing management issues.
