주석: It's been great. It is top tier in comparison to others on the market. It has saved lots of time and generally quite easy to use.

The fact that you have a strong quality base product which can be used for basic time tracking and allow a period to try out all the features. It doesn't have lots of bloat features that over complicate the product.

단점:

The time off tracking is not that intuitive and that an admin has to set this up and approve, it would be good to allow staff to request their holidays and receive a notification. This would tie in well with HR vacation management.

주석: Overall, my experience has been positive with only a couple of glitches. When it works correctly it makes monitoring payroll much easier.

Easy to use clock in / clock out system for all employees. Allows you to see the actual time everyone clocks in and out which is helpful in providing factual information to employees.

단점:

No direct phone support available, everything appears to be through chat only. Sometimes having direct access to a live person is what you need, especially when you're new and learning to navigate the system.

Intuitive, configurable, and handy for various types of users

주석: Positive, and I would highly recommend it to sole traders or companies that need to track working hours of individuals. Note: I haven't used this with a payroll API or a billing API yet, so I can't comment on those automated functions - presently my firm is still relatively small, so I have simple worksheet systems that handle those functions for which I make the entries using reports from Jibble. I haven't used their Customer Service much either, so I can't comment extensively on that, because I've pretty much been able to quickly figure out aspects about which I initially had some questions.

Jibble is intuitive to configure & use. It enables management to set up the rules for how various levels of employees will be permitted to clock in & out. It enables coffee breaks & meal breaks to be easily tracked, in addition to start & end times for the day. It enables tracking of projects & tasks, and an easy way to enter comments on what tasks the user is working on for that segment of the workday. I bought the paid version to use for my consulting business to track and report on times worked on various clients' assignments, for myself and others in my firm, and I would recommend it to other companies that need to track working hours and time spent on various categories of assignments. I use it on both my Android smartphone and my desktop, and it works well on both.

단점:

Sometimes the geographical location feature doesn't work smoothly for me for clocking in or out at "known" locations, but I probably just need to research that feature a bit more to figure out how best to configure it.

주석: Really pleased and happy to have switched to Jibble. It makes doing payroll so much easier.

The way it is set up for time tracking and time off. It was not too complicated and didn't require a bunch of steps or information. It did exactly what we needed, which was a way to track time that wasn't tied to manually entering in/out only at work. Plus my partner or I could look at the time entered and know where the employee was as far as working that week.

단점:

The only thing I can really think of that I struggle with sometimes is finding a missed clock in/out. While it says you can't do two of the same - clock in/out in - in a row, there's no indication when the last in/out was to track it down and fix it.

An affordable alternative that's still full of features

주석: So far, we love it, and the ease of use is fantastic compared to other platforms. The time tracking feature is a huge bonus for us, and initial rollout was very intuitive. At a fraction of the price with more features than we have been offered by past systems, this was an easy choice.

Love the ease of use, the integrations, the mobile app and the ability to track time in an accessible platform that was quick to set up and explain to our employees.

단점:

The desktop app is very basic with not much functionality compared to the mobile app. Most employees are opting just to use the website. Some of the buttons could be bigger for accessibility.

Best Attendance Tracker

주석: Amazing. Truly the best attendance tracker I’ve used.

I like the simplicity but also the integrations of it. It’s simple to use and easy to understand but at the same time there’s some customization.

단점:

Some small features are locked and only available if you upgrade from the free plan. This is a bit off-putting. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying to get better or more intricate features, but maybe features such as disabling employees from editing their time entries on the free plan would help with avoiding inaccuracies and conflicts. This is a simple feature I believe should be available on the free plan. Besides that, other features marked for the pro plan is understandable. It would also be great to have features that fit with a remote company/organization. Basically a company that doesn’t have a physical office. Most of the features cater to physical location offices, but as a suggestion maybe you can add some features for remote companies! It would be amazing to see that.

The time tracking in Jibble is very easy and precise to understand even to a beginner. It has helped me in various ways to track the timings even when working in different time zones.

단점:

Mostly there are no cons to using Jibble, just one thing to mention even when I was working it clocked out twice at 12am midnight IST, but I wasn't aware of that. So, we should get a notification for the same, so that we can be mindful of our auto clock out.
