Hosted application I can share online during local development via their Cloudflared turnnel and use their R2 for storage and lastly their free DDoS protection. Because I couldn't manage or cancel it, I chose to completely close and delete my account. Despite the account being closed, Cloudflare still charged my Mastercard. When I tried to email billing support, I received an automated reply telling me to log into the support portal. Since my account is deleted, logging in is impossible. There is no alternative way for a former customer to reach a human to stop unauthorized charges. > > Extremely frustrating. Because Cloudflare makes it technically impossible to contact them without an active login, I was forced to permanently block my credit card and file a chargeback through my bank just to stop the unauthorized charges. Continuing to bill a deleted account for a ghost subscription—while hiding behind automated "no-reply" emails—is an unacceptable business practice.
