The Best I've Found

주석: Phenomenal, I won't be going anywhere, they have really proved themselves to vacation property managers that they put us first. They are slowly trying to master each new feature without comprising the overall use of what makes them great.

I love how uplisting connects with AirBnB & Booking seamlessly, the integrated all in one inbox absolutely amazing as well makes it easier for my team to access everything in one area. I'm happy with the support as of now, the team is always on it and from the start [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has helped our team from the beginning, to onboarding, questions, and any difficulties we've had. I've worked with so many other PMS/Channel managers and have been hopping around with massive frustration, I'm glad I can finally end the headache of timewasting of switching every 6 months to a new PMS with one I can finally call home. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].

단점:

The onboarding with VRBO is slow but this is mostly issues with Homeaway rather than uplisting, also some third party pricing tools have to be tweaked around to be able to customized with uplisting so you don't get the full ability of some apps, also they don't have a widget for direct bookings on website (their new link payment makes up for this in some way but not if your a marketer wanting to send traffic) however, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has mentioned that this it is something that will be coming out soon so Im looking forward to seeing that and their app in action.

Easy to setup

주석: Great onboarding, but issues are slow to get resolved.

Easy initial setup and use. Onboarding support. Great Airbnb integration. Automation of messages.

단점:

The app is still very basic, so you often need to switch to the web version for some tasks. Messaging does not keep up with the capability of Airbnb ie does not show images. Integration with VRBO has limitations which affect the completeness of VRBO listings. Connected with Google travel but have absolutely no way to verify if I’m actually listed. (It says it’s listed but cannot find listing after hours of searching) Support hours do not line up with international time zones. Lack of support during off hours and weekends

Nickel and Dime You Software

주석: Loved at first but its best for my business to find a better solution. Better reporting, built in accounting, built in CRM, actually nice direct booking website, and other solutions.

Initially they were a great company and great product. Text message capabilities and pricing.

단점:

Took them years to develop needed updates to their software including a working app to even see your calendar. They still to this day have a very limited functional application. Expect to use a computer for everything you do on Uplisting. Pricing - So they keep coming up with new features but even for those who have been with uplisting since the beginning, they want to nickel and dime you for what they consider an "upgrade" which compared to other providers is just standard offerings. For example: They charge you $1.25 PER reservation for their security check, $7.00 per a property for security deposit collection, $10 per a month for advanced reporting for owners (owners dashboard) which all other providers have standard, along with other nickel and dime upgrades, and their latest smart lock integration for $10 per a lock, per month (airbnb will be offering this option free in the near future). Just a heads up which is very important. They ONLY payment provider they use for direct bookings is STRIPE. They refuse to connect to any other providers due to large kickbacks. Stripe does not allow for free cancellations for guests so this is something you can't offer to your guests when booking direct. When you compare this to other providers, it's better to pick the bigger providers as they offer built in accounting, detailed owners' dashboard, professional website direct booking website builder/website. I have tried to reach out to uplisting to help but they are now at a point of not really caring about the customers and we are more considered as a number instead of when I initially signed up.

This way, we can keep our base subscription price very competitive. We do not get any kickbacks from Stripe and will be adding additional payment processors. Cost me SO much!

장점:

Not only did I pay $100 a month for one property, but its malfunctioning cost me thousands more in lost bookings. Plus the hours of frustration trying to get help from their “support” team. DON’T use this.

Lack of support. It was abysmal. Got worse

Good value for price with great automated messaging, Samrt Lock connex & App

주석: Overall, highly recommended, even with just a few apartments / accommodations to handle.

Uplisiting is indispensable for me, organizing all bookings and automating messages. Its integration with smart locks, easy direct booking page and an app (even though still very basic) make it a valuable tool. Overall, highly recommended.

단점:

Two suggestions for improvement: a) Enhance the app's capabilities, and b) Integrate guest ID verification for all guests, not just the main one, which would be crucial for certain countries.

Fantastic, easy to use channel manager

주석: My overall experience with Uplisting has been great and has relieved a lot of stress I had with our previous provider.

Uplisting is easy to use, does what it is supposed to, was easy to set up and the chat function always provides the answers to any questions you have.

단점:

I had a couple of issues with Uplisting not being linked with booking.com properly to begin with and I didn't realise for a few weeks but this has now been rectified once I raised the issue with them.

Best All-In-One Property Managing Software, Channel Manager & Messaging Service

주석: Tip top. It's the best out there and will keep getting better.

Incredible staff. Well trained, informed help, who can actually answer and fix your problems.Quick, simple, yet lots of great features. Very flexible software. Helps us get more bookings, and very quickly change availability and prices far in the future - but with lots of little, well-thought-out bonuses like telling it that all Saturdays in the year 2024 should have a minimum stay of 2 nights and the prices are higher than other nights... Other PMS / Managers struggle with these kind of bonuses.

단점:

Only got full integration with Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Vacations and VrBo... Yes, they're the big 4 - but TripAdvisor, Agoda etc only have Availability & Bookings synched (ie no unified messaging or price alterations possible).. they could definitely do with linking these kind of sites fully...

The Best PMS!

주석: Automation, collection of guests details. My workload in dealing with guests and new bookings has decreased by 2 thirds. Allowing me to crack on with running my business.

I have been doing serviced apartments for nearly 3 years now. I am still new, still learning and adapting. I have been with 2 other PMS's. I left the first one because they started off well, but kept taking away features and adding them as an add-ons, and the UX/UI kept changing- I felt like I had to keep re-learning how to use it. The second one, they promised me the world and hyped up their software, but in reality it was just no good. Uplisting was recommended to me as easy-to-use and alot of features. I'm happy I was sent in the direction of Uplisting. The ease of use of the software couldn't be easier. The features included are excellent. They are always adding new stuff. The customer service team actually work for Uplisting and aren't a hired team reading a screen. As long as Uplisting stay on this path, I'm not going anywhere. Very happy! Keep up the excellent work guys!

단점:

I can't comment on cons. The reason being because there's nothing that comes to mind. The team are always implementing new features. And they listen and work on other features. It's not about "cons" and what's least to like, it's about how the team deal with it. And for that, I have no negative comments.

Exactly what I was looking for...

주석: My overall experience has been very positive and I truly feel that I am good hands with the Uplisting team.

After nearly 10 years with one of the largest channel managers on the market and then a bumpy 6 month run with another provider over promising and under delivering, I was so relieved when I stumbled upon Uplisting by chance in a Google search. It is exactly what I was looking for - as if it were designed by property managers like myself. The customer service is outstanding and the Uplisting team is willing to listen and implement customer feature requests.

단점:

If I had to find one flaw, I would say not having the ability to edit reservation line items (costs and fees) and in turn the automatically calculated owner payout totals is probably the most important issue that needs to be addressed. However, after suggesting some ideas, the team is working on making this feature available.

Fantastic Channel Manager with forward thinking owners

Great Channel Manager

주석: Overall, it does a good job of helping to keep on top of bookings etc. The response time on the chat feature is variable.

Searched Everywhere - This Is The Best!

주석: Absolutely love the software. I checked many and they were either limited in functionality, or complicated to use, etc. This product just WORKS. I love it. And as they are constantly improving it I can't wait to see where it will be in the near future.

Great Product

My only issue being a longtime user is that the pricing structure changed and I’m paying more now than I did in the past but there are more features.

Exceptional Channel Management system

Uplisting is a terrific management system. Has all the features you would expect and continual improvement behind the scenes continues providing users with updates . Pricing is extremely competitive

단점:

To move to say a month or 6 forward you need to click on a button repetitively - a scroll bar would be better as Kigo had

Great channel manager

Easy to use and set up, great support if you ever get a question.

단점:

We had to start using a separate software for our cleaners as we always had issues with our cleaners not being able to access the app on their mobile as after 14 days it would say the free trial has ended.

Would miss it so much!

장점:

Love the automated messaging, especially the power and customization available. Love the channel management, double booked isn’t in our vocabulary. Also a big fan of the direct booking engine.

단점:

Using on mobile phone isn’t great. The ui works great on desktop or iPad.

Easy & fast to setup + great support

- Fast & reliable at syncronising bookings across channels - I switched to Uplisting from another channel manager that didn't syncronise fast enough and caused me to recieve double bookings. - Integration with Stripe, reporting invalid credit cards back to Booking.com and automatically charging on Booking - saves me a few minutes on each booking. - Automated messaging - works with both Airbnb and Booking.com. Guests love the instant confirmation message after booking, which wasn't always possible. I also have a scheduled message for after checkout - asking the guests for feedback and a review. - Clear roadmap of development (they share their plan trello.com) - Fixed price per listing - Instant support via intercom

단점:

- No mobile apps, but the website is mobile brower friendly. - Automated messages could be improve with some more customisation options.

Easy to Use, Very AI feel.

주석: Overall experience is even though that there are some I desired features are still under development, I would like to put my faith in them, I can see the bright future for them. I m using them, and happy with them. Keep it on!@ Uplisting.

I used many of property management software, they all have some good features and some useless ones. But Uplisting is more like a reliable real personal assistant to me. Maybe that is the AI... Especially the 1. Automation-Each reservation it helps to send out 7 emails to the guest. 2. Auto price mark up- It sends out the percentage that I would like to mark upon each channel after I set up the base price 3.Real-time sync speed. Believe me, This is more important than anything else. No more overbooking so far 4.The response time- Even though they are not based in the US, but the quick response when I have questions is really helpful. 5. I like the video tutorials they make for new feature release.

단점:

There are some features comes really handy that Uplisting is still developing are: 1. Website, I would like to have a website building tool to create my personal booking page, they said that they will release the feature around March 2020. 2. I would like to send out guests quotes with all the price break down before I really create a reservation to them. 3. I would like to edit the daily price or the total amount after I select the dates, or discount the price on percentage. 4. I hope there is a simple beep sound while there is a new message.
