장점:

The advantage that I like about Get Response is that it has super complete email marketing platform features. Get Response has provided you from the start with your needs as a digital marketer, including creating landing pages, websites, email campaigns, list building databases, email campaign automation, artificial intelligence and others. The product is also very easy to use, very user friendly, looks simple and simple, so it is very easy for this software to integrate with all my business needs.

단점:

the price is quite decent, tools that are still too rigid in drag and drop in making landing pages or websites

BAD EXPERIENCE AS AN AFFILIATE: COMMISSIONS NOT PAID

주석: I have been their customer long ago and tried to start being their affiliate, inspired by some marketers online. I referred a friend of mine as a test, and commissions initially were paid. Then, WITHOUT any prior notice, they simply stopped paying commissions, they deleted the customer from my referral panel BUT they still charged her, and she is still their customer. So I reached out the support for an explanation: initially, after days of investigation, they replied that the customer still existed and commissions were pending, which was false. After posting screenshots of my panel which clearly displays ZERO customer and commissions, and waiting other WEEKS for an answer, they replied that there was a violation of the terms: "The Affiliate is not entitled to the Commission for the purchases of the Service through their own referral link". Which, again is COMPLETELY FALSE: the customer is a friend of mine, with her credit card, her company, her name and surname and she is a different person and entity and she has not used anything (nor mail, credit card etc) related to me. It seems a tricky way to not pay a tiny commission and respond with weeks of "investigation" delaying which at the endpoint resulted in a false accusation. UPDATE After multiple attempts, and even the customer wrote to them that she is a different person, with HER COMPANY, and using HER DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD, they refused to pay the commission, claiming that they have "other evidence" of something not specified (I hope that they understood that we are not the same person at least). It seems a hideous attempt to not pay a commission leveraging false accusations and claims. No matter what proof we bring (even if the customer has a registered company), they refuse to pay and they answer AFTER DAYS.

Lack of support and lack of evidences they carry to not pay commissions

Best for monitoring messages

주석: It is helpful for a business owners like me as it can be use to monitor messages and can offers multi task options. Every businesses even if its small or big can profit to this app.

It is a good application. Efficient tool to use and good for monitoring messages.

단점:

It is sometimes buggy and it is a little bit pricey compare to other applications.

Email Marketing made simple

장점:

GetResponse helps me to create custom cold mailing templates for email lists to outsource network security tools to clients in bulk. Also, auto responder feature helps me to send custom responses seamlessly. I've been a part of its affiliate program and the best part is it's recurring commission to affiliates.

단점:

It is quite expensive to start with if you have to send to bulk audience of over 5000.

GetResponse is a good option for e-mail marketing

I like the functionality of their lead capture and the templates for e-mail marketing.

단점:

I've mad major deliverability problems in the past and also when they make changes the "legacy" forms or e-mails you have created are hard to continue to use. Customer service is okay, but not great.

My Experience With Get Response

주석: I liked the fact it has the option of paid ads creator as well as tracking everything with analytics & contact management.
Its easy to create amazing emails.
It has AI powered tools.

Get Response offers a website & landing page builder. Its free to use for the first 30 days. I liked the autoresponder. Get Response has a mobile app.

단점:

For me automations are very limited. Its not user friendly. More advanced features are only available for higher paid plans.

Fraudulent Company

주석: Horrible. We will need to take legal action against them.

Get response seemed to do the job we needed.

단점:

They fraudulently charged my credit card for 30,000 contacts when there were only 5 contacts the emails could be sent to and there customer service team stopped responding.

Ok Software

주석: Very average compared to other market software.

장점:

Mass emailing and very visual when using the software.

단점:

Very difficult to set up and use daily with ease. Better products

Easy and basic all-in-one option

주석: Overall, it’s okay for someone just getting started who wants a low cost option.

장점:

This is a low cost email and landing page option for micro businesses. You obviously get more plan features at higher subscriptions but the basic plan is still pretty valuable for the cost.

단점:

Removed contacts should not count toward subscription limits since you pay for more subscribers.

Good for bloggers

주석: Good for small bloggers and who’s building the email list, for bigger email lists, the only downside I had was the no option to downgrade my plan to free after I tested the paid one.

Was really easy to use and they have a good free plan, really good for who has a small email list

단점:

When I upgraded from the free plan I realized that I didn’t needed yet the upgrade and wanted to go back as my list size could still fit in the free plan, so I tried to go back and they said I couldn’t but didn’t really worth for me to stay in the next level plan when I was still building my email list. Because of that I needed to cancel my account

If you want great expericne in email marketing then use GetResponse!

The two things I loved the most about GetResponse is 1- The design and how easy to use and how highly functional.2- Their customer service around the clock is unparalleled.Whenever I needed technical help with my email automation or anything else in the system, I would get immediate help from GetResponse with the highest customer service satisfaction.

단점:

The pricing! It is a bit too expensive to use email automation, especially if you're at the beginning of your online business journey. However, I still highly recommend it, especially if you are already making high profits from your business, because it's the best software for email marketing, in my opinion and experience. It makes your work so much easier.

Get-Response Customer Review Nightmare!

BEWARE! DO NOT USE GET RESPONSE, and here’s why.Note, we are about to enter a lawsuit with getresponse cause they are attempting to continue to charge us $2000 EVEN AFTER we canceled 2 months ago but thats not even the worst of it....We used getresponse for about 2-months before realizing we had to call it quits. We spent thousands of dollars in time and lost email potential migrating to getresponse after rising costs of mailchimp.The getresponse offer was storage of 1.5million contacts for $2,000/month, (way lower than their advertised cost.) Cheap right? WRONG. As good of a rate is, it doesn't matter if your open rate sucks. Our OPEN rate went from 10%-20% on mailchimp down to less than 3%. It DOESN’T matter if they store 10million contacts for $2,000 per month, your list is literally useless if your emails go straight to SPAM. Imagine spending weeks migrating all your flows only to find out open rate is close to non-existent. The main reason we thought of migrating was to save costs on rising email list costs.. This IS NOT what we found out. Your list will be stored on getresponse, but your contacts likely won't receive your emails.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO MOVE TO GETRESPONSE.Secondly, even after giving about a months notice to cancel our account, they are still attempting to bill our account $2000.00/month!!!! We moved to klaviyo, and our open rates are close to 30% now.

I liked this because you can make your page, email opting, and all automation rules from one tool, you have no need of additional clickfunnels or etc.
