> **장점**: Through surveys you can find out the satisfaction of customers and it is very important to know their opinions and through survio it has been easy to carry out these surveys that with the templates that they have already designed it is much easier to create them and easy to distribute, by collecting and analyzing the information you can have a base with the results of the questions to obtain statistics of the opinions

> **단점**: In my way of thinking and having used survio it has never managed to make me angry or upset with any process, I like everything

> **장점**: I love the drag and drop builder. It works very smoothly and looks very easy on the eye. I think it makes it much easier to use, especially for non-technical personnel. I also like all the native integrations they have available. It was a good surprise to not have to use API to connect it to our other tools

sometimes it is unstable, versions are not saved or changes that are made are lost
at other times try to design more complex functions, such as selecting variables and of those selected variables perform a preference ranking
