Easy Remote Support

장점:

Such an easy product to use, I have been using it for a number of years now and will continue to do so! I have a list of all my servers and can just double-click to launch into them. When it comes to providing remote - ad-hoc support - I can simply direct my client to a website - give them a code and we're up and running in no time. This is so much easier than asking people to install an app first, and then give me a code and password etc. Just simple remote support.

단점:

The only minor issue is that I sometimes can't copy/paste between my host machine and the remote machine... this could be due to my Mac making a restriction tho!

ISL Light

slo support, multiple monitor connect is nice

단점:

I can not prepare a remote access in advance. I have to open software, generate session ID and then wait a really long time for the installer to tell the customer to download it. Generating link is nice, but I still need to be there at the beginning. It is really confusing whenever session drops, sometimes it reconnects and writes some data into chat window? why chat window? Whenever you have chat open and remote and also file transfer it is really hard to manage all those windows. Audio chat would also be nice. Connecting to some remote in Arab Emirates can take up to 5 minutes. Having multiple administrators use the same Session ID would be also a nice feature.

Good remote support system, real value for money

주석: we are using it for about 3 years now and would not return to what we used before. it helps us saving time a lot, certainly having nearly unlimited permanent agents to quickly unattended take over, help us react very quick and easy on customer questions for support etc.

We can quickly and easily assist users. We can create isl always on silent installer packages that just require 1 double click to install it on a system, no further config needed. Lets us share connections with co workers. The product most of the times just works, no hassle, just as it should be. No version hassles like competitors or extreme pricing for features. It has an API so we can nicely integrate it in our website so we can create easy ready to go sessions for clients without needing to pass ID's and passwords etc.

단점:

users get warnings about the isl download, they have to confirm downloading an unsafe file... copy-pasting from outside into a session is sometimes troublesome, luckily there is the paste-keyboard type option which always works isl always on agents may sometimes take multiple minutes to show online after booting or rebooting a machine. file transfer could be handier. less fit for Mac,

ISL Light Support Tool

주석: We have used ISL Light since 2007, it makes support simple. We would not want to be without it.

Quick and easy to use. It has transformed our support process.

단점:

Cannot choose location for file transfer.

ISL is just great!

Best remote control tool

장점:

The ihm of online console. The ability to create a session if the client application is not running. Ability to enter administrator password. Various settings. Client installation via a simple link.

단점:

The password cannot be entered via BitWarden when connecting to the client workstation.

Another year with ISL

장점:

The ease of use and the good performance it offers

단점:

I wish it cost less but I'm not going to stop using it since it's worth it

ISL Light is very easy to use. Simply start and working.

It is nearly unknown in the market. Customers using first time asking "what is this?"

주석: Exceptional, reliable consistent and an essential everyday working tool

It's so simple to deploy and gain access swiftly regardless of application type

단점:

Easily being able to identify client installations that are superfluous - old ones that have been left inactive for some time that potentially need removing

Does the job

주석: Moved away from one of the leading platforms, some features are better others not quite there. Overall the platform is fine and allows us to conduct remote support well.

Customer service and support. Keen to engage and help. Simple pricing.

단점:

File sharing could be improved. Quality of connection sometimes lags.

The best and most secure solution on the market.

Its easy to use and its a fantastic product. I works fast and its very secure.

No cons, it's brilliant. We self host it and it's never let us down.

Great system at a great price

It’s a good remote screen sharing product that is critical to our support of dispersed teams. Easy to setup. A lot cheaper than high-profile competitors. Customer support is amazing

The best remote suppport solution

주석: I have been using this for about 20 years, its a perfect solution for the support side of my IT business

It works and the support is second to none.

Nothing, it's as perfect as it can be. I don't see anything not to like.

this Team of 1 is loving ISL for our small company

주석: Overall, this has been a great product for us. I am a team of one and have to manage remote employees' IT issues in addition to my HR duties. This product alleviates the logistical issues.

Once the remote computer is setup, connecting into it is so easy!

단점:

The only thing I can think of is that I cannot save something to my laptop's USB drive, which is understandable, but took time to get my head wrapped around. (i.e. Bitlocker certificate)
