Overall Quickbooks online covers most of my clients needs and still remains as one of the competing accounting software for small business owners. The big stand out compared to its competition is the amount of integrations available via their app market. My clients use different software unique to their industry, Quickbooks makes this seamless by offering an integration for most if not all. > > **단점**: Support is the weak spot. The biggest challenge is when something goes wrong it can be difficult to get good help. Often I'm using forums and searching for solutions to the issue online. They are not as frequent but when they do happen, it can be troublesome. > > I run my firm on it and put most new clients on it. It's not flashy and it's not perfect, but it handles the day-to-day books for me and my clients. We have a trusted accountant/tax person \& that is NOT Quickbooks role. What was a payment that should be part of our payroll taxes (that we have handled with our chosen vendor) showed up on our statements today as a payment to Intuit and not a tax payment. Quickbooks Online/Intuit is now merging with yet another company called Mineral where they are marketing HR to us and doing "Mineral Intelligence monitors your company profile.." thanking us for being a Mineral customer - we did not sign up for Mineral. > > I will never use Quickbooks Online again. The transition from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online was not seamless.
