Very good HR Management Software !

주석: I strongly recommend this service! Calamari provided a good solution to lots of our problems, Thanks to it, Everyday work has been easier than before. I love its multi-functionality and user-friendly interface.

User-friendly tool. Very easy and convenient tool to use. A lot of function. Especially good for controlling the working hours and off days and asking for day off. Mobile app is highly recommended.

단점:

Reporting section is kind of inconvenient. If employees change from full-time to part-time, then it is not easy to track time records.

10/10 user friendly and customer service

주석: 10/10 customer service is extremely helpful and prompt in their responses. [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful with all my questions for adding time clock and getting it configured correctly. The support articles she shared with me were really easy to understand. Configuring everything hasn't taken much time out of my day. Top notch.

App for staff and setup for admin are both very intuitive and easy to use. We have used the time off feature for 4 years now and it is simple and exactly what we need. We just added the time clock feature to streamline tracking our hourly employees and weekly summaries for payroll.

단점:

I don't have any issues at all, which is amazing for an online tool.

Fabulous customer service, [sensitive content hidden] is the best customer success person I've ever worked with. Super knowledgeable and every little detail we could want was already thought through and accessible.

Really can't think of anything, it's been a great experience.

Simple and easy to use!

주석: Love it! What an absolute time saver for keeping track of employee time off. The customer support is phenomenal, and they continue to help set up and answer questions in a timely manner.

장점:

Ease of employees logging in their vacation and sick time. Visibility to all on one calendar. Less administrative burden on keeping track of time off. And there is a mobile app that helps our salespeople who are on the road see who is off in the office.

단점:

The calendar view could show a bit more detail on the absence up front. As of now you have to "hover" over the individual to see if they are off the entire day or just taking a couple of hours off.

Good, but still room for improvement

주석: Okay, but I have to endure staff complaints after we transitioned from a former in-house program to Calamari with its shortcomings as mentioned above.

The fact that it is available as a Web app, Mobile App and can be integrated with MS Teams, etc.

단점:

The calendar should be improved across all platforms to give a first-glance distinction of approved vs pending approval requests, partial vs full day leave, clear and very visible identification of company holidays without the need to hover over the days to figure it out.

Everting you can look for in one app

주석: The setup process is very easy and they are helpful every step of the way

I like that it considers all the flexibility options. You can control and change anything. Also the customer support has been super! i have dealt with one person from start to the end (her name is Ewelina) and she has been a superstar in the transition and always available. Also the mobile app is amazing

단점:

Nothing comes to mind. I am very happy thus far.

Good experience with Calamari

주석: A good experience for years. It's constantly evolving and adding new features that makes easy the overall experience.

multiplatform integration: IOS, Mac, Teams, Windows, Web, Bluetooth ...

단점:

a Bulk system to review bad entries. Some coworkers are very bad at sign in to Calamari, and the administration people has to change one by one.

Straightforward People Management

장점:

Great time tracking, punch card, and other features. PTO tracking is also huge.

단점:

The way that certain things have to be set up or configured, like PTO accruals, is a little more complicated than it needs to be.

Recommended choice for leaves management

주석: Very easy to setup and use for leaves management.

장점:

- Slack integration is very good - Leaves approval and request method is very easy - Calendar integration is very good

단점:

- It is not possible to share a list of public holidays

Simple to use but hard to set up

주석: Good in general - would be good to be able to change the date of contracts when peoples contracts change.

장점:

Simple to use for the normal user, simple overview for attendance in calendar view.

단점:

Difficult to set up (solved by free assistance, but sometimes I would prefer to do things on my own). I would also like to get better reports in the system (not to print or download) but to just view and see status - there are so many options that it always takes time to find the correct view. Usually I end um using the setup part to see the information I want.

Overall Experience

Some settings could be confusing to use especially when setting the accrual.

Calamari for Office Efficiency

주석: Calamari has really solved our time tracking and attendance issues. Moving away from excel sheets and missed tracking has been great. Customer service is always willing to help!

장점:

Calamari has great ease of access for all staff. Being able to use your phone to request a sick day and approve it or request time off has been a great feature.

단점:

I wish that administrator and HR didn’t count as a seat if you aren’t using the system for them. We are just using it purely as an administrator.

There could be improvements made in moving year to year - particularly in setting up standard holiday schedules.

A very user friendly tool

Since we implemented Calamari, we have received very positive feedbacks from our teams because the tool is very easy to use, and it met very well our needs. The Clamari teams are also very supportive and very responsive, they supported us during the implementation phase, the training of the teams, and the launch of the tool, and I would like to thank them very much for that.

단점:

A very user-friendly tool, and available on several devices (mobile, laptop...), for me it's making HR management simple :)
