As we divide revenues in three categories, but have almost 60 items. I made this a little easier by making a custom field that says Category and have a help text with the available options. But its still a job to reconciliate monthly. Some invoices that are made from timing instead from an item, are not revealed in this view. Also, invoices made to reimburse expenses made, appears as revenue in the sales report. > > Apart from the this that I dislike from Zoho Invoice, there is not much I can disagree with the program.
