Licensing structure is pretty simple as well and you have the ability to invite external guests either to a single channel or multiple channels. > > **단점**: Message history/export for admins is only available on the enterprise or Grid subscription and even when you do get it, it comes as JSON file that you still have to parse through. Slack Connect and 3rd party app integrations are a good feature but can get annoying when the original user account is deactivated which kills any integrations or connections they originally setup. There needs to be a way to transfer that ownership/connection to another user or admin to keep those integrations as is. Admins also can't see or manage private channels which can be annoying. > > Overall Slack is a great messaging platform for businesses. The UI is straightforward and intuitive. Public and private channels for specific projects/groups is a great feature and easy for end users to navigate. The huddle feature is good as well if you need to voice/video call and/or screenshare. The ease and ability to invite external people into your workspace is great as well.
