After I secured my website with Cloudflare Turnstile and contacted support, they manually reviewed and restored my account quickly. I also really appreciate that Brevo offers a generous free plan for startups and small businesses. I'm also using the chat widget, this was a really nice feature I didn't know they had when I was looking for email marketing platforms. I have reached out to support few times, their AI support is the best I've seen, you get email replies instantly and it was actually accurate, so I was very impressed as I don't usually get good experience with other AI bots. The dashboard is not as simple as other marketing platforms. The reports in the free plan are not good though, they are limited and difficult to navigate. One thing I didn't like is the templates are not as good as what I was used to use, the code behind is not great and it causes issues with buttons and mobile layouts. > > Overall I'm really happy with the switch, I was using another platform that was very simple, which I liked but as my contact list was growing they were charging more and I wasn't monetizing on larger contact list so it was not worth to continue using it.
