A great MDM - Worth the move from our MS product

장점:

The settings and abilities are, so far, lightyears beyond what Intune was able to do, in terms of locking down devices and making them both more manageable and more secure.

단점:

Importing devices from one MDM to this new platform is a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive, however their Support team, who was available by chat right on the same screen, was a huge boon and was ready with screenshots and clear directions.

An MDM that is hard to beat

주석: My experience has been good. The cost of the program is just right and you get many features and functions that simply work. I do not think I have had a single outage with this service and so managing devices has been simple

The easy setup for both apple and android. They have easy to read documentation and if you get stuck, the folks on chat are very helpful. You don't feel like you have to do it alone.

단점:

We struggled with some advanced stuff when it came to setting up approved webpages from our on premise servers. They were a bit tricky but once we got it going, it has not been a problem. This I believe was more of us not understanding vs the software.

Good experience with the customer support.

The support is not 24/7, they really helpful but if they can do 24/7 will be perfect.

Review of MDM

장점:

Policies Easy to create, App Management is ok, Deprovisions easy to do, option to remove pins and reset codes, reporting was good

단점:

cant do updates to test groups, updates were pushed to all phones, looping Auto deployment had issues with users, had to manually do every phone, Support really unhelpful always going in circles and constantly getting fed up

Management

주석: The overall experience has been positive. Being able to manage devices by creating policies that promotes end-user compliance with company best practices ensure sensitive data is more secure and limits breach from an unauthorize user.

For a small business it with less that 25 mobile/portable devices it currently let us to fully manage all of them without restrictions. We are currently looking to expand as we evaluate.

단점:

The layout could be friendlier by better navigation. It has the appearance to be overwhelming, however you'll be able to find what you are looking for. The instructions videos did include good details however, it doesn't fully match current layout mostly due to updates.

Great tool for IT Device Management

주석: We just recently started evaluating ManageEngine MDM Plus and from the demo and our hand on experience, it is a great tool to add to our IT team arsenal. It allows us to manage devices on all OS. The enrollment process is easy and features are easy to use.

Containerization of business profile which makes it easy to manage BYOD devices without affecting personal data

So far ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager has met all of our requirements

Best choice around

Ease of deployment and app management. Simple and friendly UI.

Managing windows devices is not so simple.

Good product for what you get

If you are not a paid customer, you cannot get adequate support using the product, you have to be a paid customer or if not you can only use the self help tools

Early Signs are Good

주석: This does alot more than our current platform so has been a big step forward.

We haven't found anything yet so far. all positive at the moment.

MEMDM PLUS - Simpley Powerful

주석: We are a custom Industrial and Commercial Android tablet provider. We support our clients who use MDMs and we recommend MDMs for clients to consider.

장점:

The system guided me quickly and seamlessly through creating creating a user, its group and associated policy straight into provisioning the device with just a few minutes. Quickest setup I've ever experienced.

단점:

We deal with a number of AOSP based non GMS supported boards running any number of Android Releases between 7-12 and working with AFW/Google Enterprise has been a challenge.

Powerful product for a reasonable price

I like that this is a robust and comprehensive MDM solution and is reasonably priced for the features. It allows me to set policies for the devices, integrates easily with Apple Business Manager, and deploys easily.

단점:

Some settings and actions are difficult to find. Certain screens seem redundant and don't allow the same actions from one to the other. For example, we marked a device as lost but after it was found, we couldn't find the setting to mark it as found. Trying to push out apps individually to phones doesn't always work. There is significant overlap, in my opinion, between the Enrollment and Inventory screens and finding which one I need for applying certain settings is complicated.

MDM Review (Trial Version)

Manage engine MDM plus have a great nice to have feature, such as content management and announcement. Geo fencing is also a very great feature that other so called "MDM industry leader" don't have.

단점:

Remote control somehow don't work, we can only see the screen but can't take control. Kiosk mode have major flaw, when the device with kiosk mode rebooted, it has a delay before entering the kiosk mode about 10 to 20 second. So make sure to restrict any form of factory reset or developer mode in policy even if we use kiosk mode

Review for MDM Plus- Manage Engine

주석: Overall it is great experience working with Manage Engine team they are supportive and technically able to provide us solutions for our business requirements. I would recommend to try their product to get bundle of services under one portal.

We have been using Manage Engine MDM plus in our organization since last two months, we have deployed on 110 devices and manage device centrally from one console. It has multiple products under one portal.

I cannot see anything to complain about this product but would request to improve training and customer support

Remote access control and asset tracking are made very easy with a simple agent install initially

software deployment can be a bit difficult to get right

Best remote software deployment tool

주석: very good tool for the organization that is dealing with managing a large number of devices. This helped our organization to remotely deploy the software and to cut down on a lot of travel costs.

Its user is friendly and fast to enroll the devices and manage the devices through the portal.

Third-party app integration support is not sufficent

Great for our Android Devices

주석: Overall experience has been great. Support is quick and responsive.

장점:

We needed something to manage Android Tablets for our school and most of it seemed relatively easy to use. Was able to figure out a lot on my own with the guides.

단점:

I think the only thing that I found annoying was that support is located in a time zone behind me (I am in New Zealand), so when I work on a Monday, I don't get a support response until late Monday afternoon or evening.

ManageEngines MDM

주석: Easy to use, easy to implement, great features.the best is to have the apps available for all users but they are not installed if the users don't need them

Apple Product Management Choice

장점:

Simplicity of Apple Business Manager integration and corporate asset enrollment.

단점:

The dashboard does require some education when it comes to device management.

Pretty good for the price!

I mainly only had Sync issues between my apple business manager and Manage Engine MDM.

Why I Use ManageEngine MDM

주석: Since the product was new to me. It did take me a little while to understand how it works. The product has been rock solid. The support that you have with a person through KB articles is phenomenal. You're always a phone call away when you need support.

This MDM solution provides all the bells and whistles that I need. It is also very easy to use for administration. The integration with ABM makes things so easy. Since we're an Apple shop ABM integration is a must!

단점:

The only con that I can think of is making sure your certificates are up to date. This is a security procedure that is extremely necessary. However, if you don't use the software often like daily or weekly. You need to make sure that your certificates for ABM don't expire on you.
