Review of EZOfficeInventory
주석: This software meets our necessities. Our company is fanned out across the UAE and this permits us to follow the proprietors of every resource alongside planning their areas the nation over. Helpful "Receiving" and "Issuing" highlights function admirably for resources that much of the time change hands.
장점:
Ease to Use and understand Inventory Management is very accurate Asset Management is easily handled User Interface is simple and easy to understand. Traceability is very good.
단점:
Few Missing Features are there. Challenges in Usage for first time beginner Some Confusion at the initial stage
Why should we use EZ-Inventory and Why not
주석: It overall good, As we are using it from last 3-4 years and we are very well satisfied with EZ services, afterall it helps us to manage our overall org inventory system.
장점:
Pros as per me :- 1. Easy to manage all the assets inventory. 2. Option to upload bulk assets inventory from excel sheet, It save hell lot of time. 3. You are many option of pulling out reports and thier custom report pulling feature is option , it has multiple options to cover in your excel sheet which you want to export. 4. User friendly UI
단점:
There are 2 cons :- 1. There is no option to create a parent state, I don;t know I have to create a parent substate as "decommisioned"but I was not able to do so, Then I have to create a custom substate under "Retired" section. 2. Reports dashboard should is not easy to understand, I took session from the ez team but they also not able to create that such type of report dashboard.
Inventory Management made easy
주석: We have replaced our old spreadsheet with EZOfficeInventory and the result has been satisfactory
장점:
It has a great UI and it is really easy and fast to use. It has the features you need for tracking and renting material
단점:
It does not have advanced features such as better integrations with other systems. Filters could be improved as well
Review of EZOfficeInventory
주석: The assets were in disarray as AIN wasn't the default option when I first started working for the company. The inventory needed to be exported, sorted by group, assigned AIN numbers, and then reimported. We chose EzOffice due to its feature-rich functionality, affordable price, and user-friendly UI. Since the software was so much better than the asset management tool we had been using, I was immediately drawn to it and had no trouble persuading the rest of the team to give it a try.
장점:
Simple to use and comprehend Inventory control is quite precise. And asset management is simple to implement. The user interface is straightforward and simple to use. And traceability is excellent.
단점:
From the user's profile to make checking out assets faster, I wish there were more ways to search the independent history of asset use or make a list of my favorite assets. And the absence of possibilities for customizing the layout. In order to improve efficiency in the future, I hope the layout may be easily changed.

Very good inventory management software
주석: Its easy enough to use. Once you get the logic its pretty much direct. It has a lot or reporting options and customization options which I really like.
장점:
I like the logic of the things. The way we manage to track the devices with users.
단점:
We dont have an option for users to request a software license so we can track which user has what subscription
EZO in IT at SIU
주석: We had difficulty maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets so annual inventory processes were very manual and difficult to find items, especially with the increase of remote workers after COVID. Now everyone can respond to an inventory audit from wherever they are located on their own to acknowledge possession of the assets they have.
장점:
I like the ability to assign assets to individual users to give them a sense of accountability. They perform their own audit responses and maintain their own location changes making it easier on back office functions. I also like the reporting functions both in the built-in reports as well as the custom reports that cater to the organization's needs.
단점:
One problem we have had consistently over the years is that we have some 3000+ assets in the system but when we do the annual inventory, we cannot request the audit for our entire list of inventory at one time. We can only request the audit 25 lines at a time so that is time consuming.

Great product to use in the field. Great to keep your equipment and assets organized
단점:
Loads slow sometimes. Can use an upgrade to the user interface for the iPhone
Easy to Use - Powerful Inventory Manager
장점:
We use EZOffice everyday. The simple nature of adding a new unit to our inventory, the ease of checking in and out items and how simple it is to locate a missing asset cannot be overstated. We, as a team, have not have had any issues with EZOffice, and our jobs are made more efficient because of it.
단점:
EZOffice does what we need it to do and it does it well. I cannot think of any issues we have had with it.

INVENTORY ASSET

Asset Management Tool
주석: Overall experience is quite good because the way of managing and tracking the assets is quite easy and convinient
장점:
I like the feature of asset management and tracking inventories with quite friendly user interface
단점:
The import process is a bit slow and you have to request one task at a time due to absence of the cart feature
Truly Easy Asset Management!
장점:
EZOfficeInventory has been great at tracking all of our IT inventory. We use its search function to track assets and their owners for both record keeping and solving IT problems.
단점:
Least favorite has been customizing fields, as some are mandatory and not always suited to the asset we are tracking.

Learning how to use the Ezo system
주석: Learning curve on how to complete task requires increased time to search for items.
장점:
Streamlines all inventory allowing for improved awareness of items.
단점:
To find an item you have to have specific detail in the search bar. Confusing on ordering from an outside source.
Great to track and keep your stock up to date!

I have found value in the reporting and analytics capabilities of EZOfficeInventory, helping me gain insights into asset utilization, maintenance needs, and other important metrics.
단점:
limitations in the offline mode functionality.
EZ to get started
주석: Still getting used to it. Fairly new to it. So far so good.
장점:
That I was able to import all my inventory from excel.
단점:
It was a little hard to get set up, it just took time to get used too and I wish it had a bardcode scanner.
EZOffice Inventory
장점:
EZ Office inventory is easy to use at all levels of tech savviness which makes it easy for all users.
단점:
EZ Office inventory per user billing is a bit disappointing but in line with the times I suppose
Efficient Scheduling Software for construction crew
장점:
I like the availability to edit on the fly the schedule for my crew. This allows them to stay on date with each jobsite they need to visit and complete work at.
단점:
I wish i could select multiple people when adding to the schedule instead of having to do each person individually.
EZO review
장점:
Functionality. EZOfficeInventory makes it really simple to track and menage assets.
단점:
The interface was hard to learn at the beginning.

Usable warehouse tracking software, with some quirks
주석: Overall the software fits the need, with a few usability tweaks, it could go from good to perfect.
장점:
The UI is quite clear and easy to use with very short learning curve. Overall good software and seems actively developed. Most of our use is checking commonly used tools in and out of warehouse, and to monitor their locations. Fits our purpose.
단점:
Bugs are present, check in and check out functions are sometimes confusing. Checking items in is not straightforward enough.
My thoughts of EZOffice
장점:
The fact that it allows me to monitor my inventory effectively
단점:
The pricing is a bit steep for NPO's like us
Easy to use
장점:
Easy to navigate. The app is great of students to use.
단점:
This product seems to be more geared for corporate inventory management. ie large volume of inventory.
