> **장점**: The blocks are quite useful feature for you it saves you a redundant and monotonous writing of a prompt. The new Call Explorer feature emulating a phone to make calls is a fantastic feature for it saves you the trouble of writing a whole test case to understand whether it'll fail or not.

> **단점**: The campaigns are not quite flexible to work with. There's not much room for making changes to a campaign, nor does it allow duplication or exporting a campaign. The UI is alright but for some reason it still feels a tad bit primitive with the lack of fewer drag and drop like features within.
