I would be checking in 3-4 guests at the same time, and, in the meanwhile, arranging something else in the same programme with the reservation/rooms/etc. There is no overlap, no mix-up. As long as the internet working good, all of the open pages work seamlessly. I really love that you can track the changes in the logbook, and see when and what was changed and by which user, since a lot of people are working within the same system, so it's nice that when you need to track something, you can see who and what was changed so you can contact that person if needed. > > **단점**: It would be easier if some of the features can be adjusted easier by the user. For example, room types. If we can add descriptions/comments, or even better, that each user can add their own notes on the rooms, etc. And some of the things can are done manually, can be automated since it's the same process. For example, I can pick several rooms and put one email for all of them.
