Their customer service is quick and helpful too. I even asked them for a new feature, and they actually added it\! That’s wild. Now you can pin messages in channels, which helps a lot. Plus, you can make calls and have meetings right in the app. 10/10 > > **단점**: The only downside I’ve found with Pumble is that it doesn’t really connect with other tools easily. So if I wanted it to send me automatic alerts (like when something changes in another app), it wouldn’t be simple to set up.
