Easy Remote Work

A wonderful platform for employees working Remotely

단점:

I have not yet fully experienced the support of HR to understands benefits in details that are offered to employee

Easy payroll solution

주석: easy to use software, we are happy with the product

easy to use, easy solution for foreign payroll

단점:

little flexibility: pre-payment for one of our employees was difficult to achieve way of invoicing: pre-payroll and actual payroll: this brings extra work as you have to check everything double

Great partner with incredible potential

주석: Since we work in different countries, the topics and circumstances of the individual countries are the challenge. Remote and team are always there when you need them and take care of all your questions.

Fast response within 48 hours and very friendly and solution-orientated staff

The uncomplicated contact and the totally friendly communication

Great to hire abroad

How easy it is to use. The customer service is great

Time tracking and hour compensation can bit a bit limiting

Good if you're a small company, cost efficacy increases the bigger you get

seamless payroll solution for international teams

주석: Our company is based in the US, but we needed a simple and efficient way to pay employees in Europe. Remote has made this process incredibly convenient.

장점:

The platform offers a simple and user-friendly interface, making it incredibly easy to set up contracts and start the process. Everything is quick, accessible, and straightforward, which really streamlines the experience.

단점:

The pricing could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses or startups.

99% excellent just a couple annoyances

주석: Remote is our key EOR partner and enables our business to move internationally without much issue. In general we are very happy with them.

장점:

Great service, solid tech platform, reasonable pricing

단점:

Payments used to be immediate now they take a couple days to be reflected, which is especially challenging as the company as a whole is very unforgiving of any payment delays and will freeze your account. It's very disruptive.

Very user-friendly service that provides great HR value

The system is very comprehensive - I am not sure there has ever been a service I wanted to implement that I was unable to. The customer support is also very helpful.

It can get expensive, especially with a growing team.

Great Support and easy to use platform for HR purposes

주석: Great experience overall. Great team support always whenever I have an enquiry it is answered professionaly and in a great timely manner.

I like the easy to use platform. Everything is clear and there are lots of step by step instructions to use.

The only thing I would mention is that now there are compeitors like Oyster. How does the pricing compare?

Satisfied with service

fairly predictable. Employees are paid, benefits are offered in compliance with country laws. invoices are timely.

Employees don't know where to enter their PTO

Terrible service, many errors, very frustrating

주석: Unfortunately, Remote is the only available international payroll service that partners with Gusto. If I had any other option, I would have changed ten times already. Their service is incredibly slow, and never answers my questions correctly. Not once actually. The answers are broad, not personalized to my cases, and I have to continuously follow up and escalate in order to get resolution. Nearly every step in the setup had an error that I had to catch and fix, and still months in there are errors in employee invoices that take weeks to resolve. Very frustrating experience to work with them!

Out of Country Employees

주석: Remote has made it tremendously easy to work with our out of country employees. They handle almost everything and keep us updated on anything we need to know or approve.

장점:

Easy use for our out of the country employees.

단점:

We have not terminated any employees with Remote, but we were informed that we would have to give plenty of notice if we were going to work with them to give a severance. This has not been an issue, I just have not used the process yet.

Positive overall

주석: Overall the user experience is is good. I like the past response times overall

Its easy to use, add or remove team members. The customer contact is really fast. Quick to set-up and onboard new team members.

단점:

Sometimes when you have a question I did not receive the answer I was looking for or the reply was not send to me. This happened only once or twice so not too bad. If would be nice to have Remote connected to the accounting software.

Friendliness, respect and follow-up

주석: It has been good because the issue is followed up until it is solved, until the client is satisfied.

The respectful, friendly and interested manner in which the staff expresses itself

In order to respond, they sometimes need to escalate several levels or areas, which slows down the process.

Easy to use tool that makes international hiring incredibly easy

Remote was very easy to set up and use, Customer Support was very helpful.

단점:

Minor detail but remote did not integrate with our HR tool, so we had to use two HR softwares for internal and external employees.

Great platform for hiring talents across the world

주석: Our overall experience with Remote is great. Customer service especially stands out: it's very responsive and always finds the right solution. We cannot imagine hiring process without Remote.

Remote is a prefect platform for hiring people from across the world. The ease of implementation, super intuitive admin panel and truly amazing customer service - those advantages has made it impossible for us to imagine working without Remote. Remote team will take care of every step of the onboarding and offboarding of the employee, ensuring that we are up to date with the process. The payroll administration is very helpful as well. What is also important, with Remote we don't have to worry about regulatory compliance - we are sure at all times that everything is done in accordance with the regulations of the given country.

단점:

The pricing is a bit high, but taking into consideration the quality of service, it is acceptable.

Great platform with amazing customer service!

I think what makes Remote special is a customer service. The representative of Remote for my company: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always very helpful, reachable and takes care of all the questions we have regarding the contracts, platform etc. I definitely recommend [SENSITIVE CONTENT] expertise to all the clients!

단점:

The deadline to pay invoices - 1 week is very short to proceed all the documents internally.

Praise for Customer Support

장점:

This review is for the members of the Customer Support team, especially Patricia, who helps ever so patiently through the processes of off boarding an individual. My thanks to everyone on the team that I have dealt with. Everyone is polite, helpful and genuinely interested in solving the problem.

단점:

In this case I am not commenting on the Software therefore N/A

I thought it was bad until we've switched to a competitor

장점:

- Overall the UI is really intuitive and easy to navigate - very straightforward onboarding - lots of good resources to assist with info on each country and their own regulations - easy way to submit expenses and a clear dashboard of where things are at.

단점:

-they are a victim of their own success support takes ages to get back to you. -original bundles of benefits were somewhat dubious in the UK ( a no name pension provider and medical) -not really geared for contractors but more for remote employees

Easy to use employer of record

Integrates well with existing systems. Customer support is very good.

단점:

Nothing so far. Everything had worked as expected.

Smooth collaboration and great customer support

장점:

The collaboration with remote is very smooth and helps our business a lot as it allows us to hire people globally. Our account manager, Florian, is super fast in responding, always friendly and helpful. The tool is easy to use, intuitive and has a modern design.

단점:

It would be great if our HR admin tool Hibob and the remote software would synchronize automatically (vacation, change of master data etc).

Good overall Product

장점:

Employee profiles and data management - Customer support has been key to the successful use of the software. Our account manager is Florian Prokosch and he has supported us throughout and continues to do so. Very happy with the support provided and ease with which queries and clarified.

단점:

The initial set up and understanding the cost of an employee to our company as an employer can be tricky.
