Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

단점:

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

주석: LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

단점:

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

I miss some historical data, for compares. YtoY or QtoQ. we can see only 3 months trends.

주석: We are overall very happy with the solution, it works well almost all of the time and when it does not, their customer support usually deals with everything as soon as possible.

It has all the necessary features like rule-based merchandizing, synonyms and synonym suggestions (that are surprisingly good), even a tool to do A/B testing. Other than that the basics are very automated and do not need much human input.

단점:

Analytics. They are lacking the option to do previous period comparisons and metric trends over time.

주석: The experience went very well. The pre-production exchange tools are well-defined and the feedback from the team is very rapid. I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

단점:

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

- the integration took ages\ - the way of valueing costs by tokens is not clear enough

Huge help with optimizing internal search

주석: For a relatively small amount of money we have got a very nice tool which just works. And is was also very easy to implement.

장점:

It helped us to solve a longterm problem with internal search functionality which was very hard to optimize within our native CMS functionality.

단점:

For a long time there were no analytical outcomes to see how people use the search. However this was solved and now I have no more issues to handle.

주석: We have had a good experience since launch. The LugiBox team is here to help. They offer us interface modifications, content, improvements and they have answers. They react. The system works and brings real results. Recommendations and improves the user interface on our website.

We are currently using an older system of eshop engine that seemingly cannot be improved. It was done using only a short code without invasive interventions in the otherwise inaccessible source code of the old system. Luigi do not require programmers on our site (in our team and our website)
