When ever i have a query the customer care team promptly gets back to me with meaningful and useful information. For a one man show is brilliant, but it is tailored to large companies and personal.

단점:

There is no email system to communicate with client and vendors, it's all done through the App.

Quick implementation

장점:

Its very intuitive, easy to work with, easy to implement, and easy to train the team on.

단점:

Its a little pricey, but the cost is worth the information, and overall use of the system to bring all of our facility equipment together.

Brought Us Into the Future!

주석: I can think of no other application I have worked with that has generated such huge gains for our organization. The support is outstanding and is something seen less from other applications business with. Their interest in what the customer sees and needs is evident in the way they dig into issues and try to create greater understanding before generating a thought or solution.

장점:

The ability to organize processes related to inspections, preventative repairs, and reactive maintenance of our facilities. The ability to have a record of completed work. The ability to track work and never loose track of a need. I also appreciated the ability to operate with a inventory list with directly connected supply vendors for ordering purposes. The ability to organize inventory, show when parts are used, and track available inventory, keeps us ready for the unexpected.

단점:

I don't have much if any cons about MaintainX. Nearly every question or need I bring up is addressed in some way or they identify it as a possible process improvement with their development team. About the only time I feel constrained by the system is when I create procedures or processes. This portion of the system seems a little less flexible than other components.

If Google Created a CMMS system, This is it!

주석: Overall, very positive. It's solved masses of issues for us. I like all of the functionality. It's nice to have work orders, jobs, reports, assets, vendors and parts all on one platform.

장점:

Very easy system to use and get used to. Lots of features, plenty for everyone. Very powerful tool with frequent use. But most importantly, it's well supported.

단점:

Some of the automated features don't seem to be accurate at times. Can be hard to get your head around an issue on the reporting side. Sometimes don't trust the reports. I think the export work orders and data function could be better.

주석: While we are relatively new to the software and still learning the full scope of its capabilities, we are very impressed with the tools it offers which will definitely help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our technical teams to complete their duties on a daily basis.

장점:

While the program is very extensive and covers a wide range of maintenance issues we require it is at the same time the interface is very easy for our technicians to learn making its integration into our maintenance department quick and easy. The sales team has also worked closely with us helping us choose the right package for our needs which we see growing as our familiarity with the software improves.

단점:

So far we have no complaints, we are still leaning the full scope of the program but are extremely happy at this point of its integration into our operations.

Maintain X an awesome app

주석: My experience with maintain just awesome. It is such a good app and it keeps me informed about all the things that I need to be informed about as far as machinery, and it keeps me in touch with the people that run it the machinery also.

Powerful CMMS

주석: We are currently using the software for asset consolidation, spare pares tracking, procedures development, preventive and corrective maintenance management and historical recording, without issues. It's very user friendly and has good information in their library to support small maintenance teams tpo conduct their job.

장점:

MaintainX is a very powerful and productive CMMS software. It was not complicated to implement and it has been very comprehensive and easy to use by different levels of the organization

단점:

It has some limitations when export and import data to other organizations or softwares are needed

주석: Excellent learning experience of a new platform for inventory and jobs.

Ease of use and saving trees . Electronic upkeep and hard drives are better than rows of filing cabinets

단점:

The learning curve. And getting everyone on board. There are some that just don’t want to do leaving it more difficult for others but still manageable

주석: My company has been using MaintainX for about 1 year and being able to utilize the reporting aspect have been able to cut back on our reactive work by around 20%.

Customer Support is exceptional. The ease of navigation and very easy to operate the system. Very user friendly!

MaintainX in Affordable Housing Management

장점:

MaintainX's ability to customize procedures to cater to the specific needs of our company, while being extremely adaptive to help us comply with the ever-changing regulations in affordable housing, has been an integral part in our success in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation. The user interface is extremely easy to use and is a huge bonus for our staff that are not the most technologically inclined because they find it easy to use. Lastly, the extremely responsive customer service ties the whole product together and makes it one of the best investments our company has made.

단점:

There is not much, if even anything, to dislike about MaintainX. The only thing I would like different is another tier in between the premium and enterprise plans, to satisfy the need for slightly more features without having to pay the much higher price for enterprise when a majority of those features aren't applicable to us.

I like the ease of use for the handheld devices. My field staff are on their phones all day, and this is a natural integration.

단점:

Some of the fields that are mapped within the app glitch sometimes. Need to refresh the page to get it to work.

No Regrets

주석: MaintainX has transformed the way we manage our machine assets.

장점:

I chose MaintainX because it is the only CMMS that has a fully functioning app. There is nothing I can do on a PC that I can't do on the app. My maintenance staff all have iPads and can access work orders and asset data anywhere in the shop including user manuals and schematics. No more running back to the maintenance shop to find the manual.

단점:

The ability to print QR codes would be great.

주석: MaintainX is a great platform and it is nice that it can be accessed anywhere you have internet access.

MaintainnX is an amazing product. The software is very easy to use and find what you are looking for. It is a one stop shop for all types of records from work orders, to assets, to parts tracking and stock numbers.

The importation and adding parts and assets should be a little easier

Everything I need in one place

주석: I've been an industrial mechanic for over 25 years. I've worked with shelves of parts catalogs with phone numbers and names scribbled on them, with faded faxes, photocopies and breakdowns stapled to the covers or stuffed into binders with manuals with missing pages. Spreadsheets with lines and lines of parts numbers and costs, inspection paper sheets covered in dirt and grease, static-y two-way radios for site equipment service calls, drawers full of half-used PO books with conflicting numbers that mean nothing (I can use YYYYMMDD-HHMM as my PO numbers now!) And that was the trade life. Now there's MaintainX. ALL OF THAT in one easy to find place, at your desk or on your phone. The job is still challenging. But MaintainX makes it easier.

It links suppliers to POs to spare parts inventory, which links to the assets, which links to inspections, which links to downtime tracking, which links to the mobile app so operators can call for service and automatically leave a record of it on the asset in question...

단점:

Seriously, the only thing that irks me a bit is when I order parts or supplies that have more than two decimal places in the cost. And I hear they're working on that ;-).

High School Rennovation/Addition

장점:

I like that it is user friendly. We have a unique situation where we have turned over parts of a school and are still in site building new areas. MaintainX has allowed us to field maintenance requests from teachers for the entire school and it allows us to determine if it is new construction (contractor issue) or existing areas (school maintenance issue). Before MaintainX we were getting phone calls about the issues and now every teacher has access to MaintainX to submit a work order that we can track and get fixed without a middle man.

단점:

I wish that I could get a PDF print out of filtered work orders that has the description of the work order. There is a summary printout now but it only shows the title. I wish it were to show the entire work order, or at least the description/comments.

주석: Maintain X was very good to use with its meters and creation of automatic work orders for easily monitoring of some assets which is not in our area or far.

Easy to made procedure and it has conditional process on the procedure.

It consumes big file storage on cellphones since it was using photo uploads for the work orders to be finished.

The best management program.

주석: It is easily accessible, user-friendly, and reduces your workload, and your work is more efficient and organised.

MaintainX can be accessible on mobile and desktop at all times. You are not bound to long hours of admin responsibilities. You can share and be updated every day.

단점:

I am happy with MaintainX overall but for improvement purposes: I would add a section in the report export section - Work Orders to include in this date range and add comments in the data range of the report. Add a section to export only done work orders or due work orders separately. Add a section to download the Report on a mobile device.
