주석: As a small business owner, Vagaro is really helpful. By using the Vagaro app, users can easily appoint the service.
On my end, its very easy to set , and learn the basics, such as scheduling auto reminders and emails for customers. It has the option to identify roles like owner, sales customer service bookkeeper, etc., so I can easily divide tasks.

장점:

Simple to configure and set up; proper guidelines are available for that As a small business owner, it is difficult to handle all the responsibilities associated with running a business. Vagaro really helps me to divide tasks and set automated reminders and emails. Payment options also secure here.

단점:

Paying the swipe fee for every credit card transaction is kind of a headache for me. It's a good option to take a one-time payment, like in this situation.

Recommended for staying organized with health & wellness appointments!

주석: I've had great experience using this software and it always makes it easy to book and keep appointments organized.

장점:

I have always had such an easy time booking appointments with Vagaro. Their scheduling feature is especially easy to use.

단점:

This might be the fault of the vendor rather than Vagaro, but once, I used an address listed in Varago to go to an appointment and it was an old address. It would be great if Varago confirmed information like this to avoid issues.

Vagaro lacks Google Business Integration

주석: Overall, my experience with Vagaro was ok. I would not recommend it to new business owners just because of the fact that they are not integrated with Google Business and the price. When people find you on Google and want to book appointments, they get stuck if Vagaro is the appointment platform you are with. This frustrated my potential clients and lost me a lot of business, so I would not recommend it.

What I liked most about Vagaro was that I can add employees under me easily. It was easy to set up and get my business moving.

단점:

I was very disappointed that Vagaro was not integrated with my Google page. It was very difficult to switch from Square to Vagaro because of this. When clients would book appointments, it would go to my Square Appointment Setter because Vagaro would not integrate with Goodgle, which was so odd to me. Also, the monthly payments for an app that doesn’t integrate with Google Business is way too high. As a small business owner it’s very important that we cut corners every which way we can; and I think that the people who decided to charge what Vagaro charges did not have the customer in mind when deciding, just maybe their profit. In the end I had to leave Vagaro because I found a cheaper app that intergraded very well with my Google Business. I have reached out and complained to them about this but got nowhere.

Beware the inflated reviews and heavy SEO. Vagaro isn't what it seems

주석: Vagaro is absolutely awful. Non-existent tech support couldn't get my booking button up on instagram and google for 4 weeks and counting. Their system is super convoluted and requires a ton of unnecessary steps. You can't just punch in a dollar amount and charge people when you need to do a quick sale. You have to make a customer and add their info. I've had many customers come to me and complain about their online booking system also. I will be taking all my consulting clients off Vagaro

Vagaro looks great on the surface because they dedicate a tremendous amount of resources to SEO and inflating reviews.

Unnecessary steps for us and for clinets. Awful support. Non-refundable equipment. Booking integrations doesn't work. List goes on

Vagaro is easy and so convenient!

주석: I use Vagaro as a customer for a few salons in our area. We love the ability to choose the date, time, stylist/tech and receive reminders about appointments.

Book With Ease

주석: I use this app to schedule salon appointments for me and my daughter. It's easy to use, and the appointment reminders are helpful. Since the salon is always busy, it helps me to secure a booking time in advance so I can be sure to get in.

Easy to use and easy to schedule appointments. After booking, it showed other businesses in the area, and I was unaware of many.

단점:

Nothing. It is a very straightforward app to use.

Vagaro works!

주석: My experience has been good overall. I enjoy that pricing and availability is displayed as a user.

I enjoy avoiding the back and forth with others to try to get appointments and such booked. It allows for a convenient process.

단점:

I dislike that the ability for cancelations its available.

Vagaro for the Team!

주석: My experience with Vagaro has always been really good when booking an appointment with any business on the platform. I've gotten reminders and a link to confirm the appointment the day before which makes the process much smoother to remember. Vagaro is an amazing platform that I will keep using.

Its booking platform is easy to use and the reminders on the platform are a plus!

단점:

The least thing I like about Vagaro is the login process but either than that the platform is easy to use.

Could be better

주석: Vagaro isn't my preferred app. I've tried several and tend to lean towards another due to it's broader portfolio of vendors, reviews and accuracy of scheduling.

The geography for vendors in my area is nice. The ability to schedule and read submitted reviews is helpful as well.

단점:

I wish there were more vendors listed. When searching for "haircut" in my local geography, I've found better apps to provide what I need.

Vagaro gets the job done.. ALWAYS SEEM TO IMPROVE

주석: Overall it has been satisfactory, which is why I am still here. The inconvenience of setting up another platform has not been worth the move to another platform

High email/text marketing costs, high rates to process payments, inability to credit/rollover unused portion of marketing plan ( ie. if I pay for 5k emails and only use 2k, it would be nice to allow rollover of unused portion) Especially due to the fact that there have been many glitches or unexplained sends that were not actually sent!! We have so much wasted money due to this

Great Med Spa office organizing tool

주석: Wonderful! It is used by several members of our staff for various aspects of our clinic operations.

Ease of use and affordability! Also, HIPAA compliance, inventory tracking, & online booking! This is THE program that holds our clinic together and allows us to continue to operate effectively.

단점:

Sometimes, it doesn’t connect well through our WiFi firewall for some reason, but it’s easy enough to hotspot for access if/when this happens.

Great for Salons

주석: It's really been a great tool. It really does what I need it to do and they are adding to it every day it seems trying to make it better.

Really like that I can have a different room for each service and it is easy to use

단점:

Don't like that there are not better notifications for waitlist. Don't like how weird it is to find our Merchant details each month. The look of it could just be better somehow.

Vagaro offers incredible value for the money. With affordable pricing plans and a wealth of features included in each, it's a cost-effective solution for businesses of all sizes. You get more bang for your buck with Vagaro compared to other platforms.

Have not encountered any cons so far, everything has been very smooth

Vagaro for Salon/Spas

주석: I've had no negative experiences with Vagaro and I don't see myself switching to another software any time soon.

장점:

Vagaro is very easy to use and has a lot of features that other booking software does not. The online booking software and appointment management is convenient for clients.

단점:

I do think services or products paid for with reward points should also be able to be paid partially with points if clients do not want to use all of their points. Currently it is all or nothing. For instance, if a client has 20 reward points and is purchasing a $40 product, they should be able to split the payment between points and cash. So far, this can only be done by manually removing points from their account.

Avid vagaro user

장점:

I am fortunate enough that all the cosmetic places I go to (hair, nail, eyebrows, spay) use the Vagaro software. There I have been using Vagaro for years and I love it. It is easy to use, they remind me of appointments and I can add multiple services to my cart. It's easy for me to share with friends and family as well, and it is just as easy to follow with the older generation.

단점:

I like the dark mode featuers on iPhone and Vagaro does not have that but that is not a big deal. Other than that, I have no complaints. It is easy to schedule, cancel appointments and see when your providers have availability.

Best Place to book your selfcare appointments

주석: Best place for self care appointment scheduling, once a new customer book's an appointment the next time he don't need to worry about anything as all information are stored. Robust for dealing with every thing.

All in one solutions for selfcare with easy user interface, robust for managing appointments, class, staff, scheduling.

단점:

The landing is little bit slow, with the service offered if there is gif of service even in small size will be great.

Vagaro is a lifesaver for managing my salon appointments and inventory. It's been a game-changer!

I wish Vagaro had more customizable reporting options and better customer support. Sometimes it feels a bit limited in that aspect.

Vagaro didn't work well, and it was tough to cancel the subscription, Beware

주석: Not real great software, and poor customer service. Its a scammy product and they make it difficult to cancel.

I wanted to use it for the scheduler and payment processing.

The credit card processor did not connect well to multiple devices, and so I cancelled it. I actually had to pay for the CC processor, but when I went to cancel Vagaro they still forced me to pay another $100 for a "free" CC processor, even though I paid for it. Very frustrating and the support was not good. DO NOT use this application. Its very scammy.

Vagaro Is a horrible software, We have asked them repeatedly to remove the false reviews!!!!!

Not much, constant complaints on the online booking, outages, fake reviews

Arrogant, rude, will not fake plant reviews, I don't want reviews period. I trust Google for my reviews, not some podunk reviews from plant clients.

Varago software is a great value for the price you pay to obtain it.

주석: The receptionist at our health center is able to navigate effortlessly through the Vagaro CSR interface, while multi-tasking. The clean and intuitive layout is very user friendly for our staff. We are able to gather all a customer details in a few minutes. We can setup accounts quickly in book an appointment in record time. It is impressive how seamlessly a customer and our staff could access the schedule and details of all our wellness staff.Our customers are able to pull up appointments on their phones easily, and I noticed how organized the interface is. The appointment details are neatly displayed, including the date, time, and services, and confirmation of services are instantly sent out without delay. When it comes time to pay, our receptionist can process the transaction smoothly using the integrated payment features of the CSR system. We can offer a printed receipt and an email confirmation, which was a nice touch for my records.Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with the efficiency and accuracy of the Vagaro CSR system. It was clear that the software was designed with both the staff and customers in mind.

The software is easy to use. It integrates easier with all social media platforms and google calendar, which is critical because so many people use Gmail and google browsers regularly. It's cheaper than Mindbody and they provide everything you need in order to setup a successful health and wellness center especially if you do massages and facials etc. Vagaro allows you to rebook an appointment on the spot from your phone, iPad or desktop, which is super convenient.

단점:

It was really hard to setup the services based on how our packages our billed etc., but the technical support was very helpful. The biggest issue was the compatibility of the payment processing machine. We had a hard time trying to integrate it with our Wi-Fi network and eventually had to change to a hard-wired connection instead of Bluetooth. The trouble shooting took too long and figuring out a solution was too time consuming. But the problem was unique to us, and not one you would normally see doing integrations.

Easy to use

주석: very nice I really like the program. It's easy to use and has most things that you need.

My clients and myself love the reminders. It's easy to use.

단점:

I wish we could put a person's name in to find a gift certificate. Also, wish we could have another color for personal time off besides brown. but really I guess it doesn't matter that much. the most I don't' care for is the soap notes, it needs to be more professional looking when printed out. the best soap notes program I used was win city soap notes they were very professional looking and easy to use. Printed out very nicely. unfortunate they are not in business any longer. I use clinic Sense which is ok.

Vagary makes life easier for me and clients

I love that my clients can access all info without reaching out to me directly. I love the reminders they send to clients and helps me manage my time.

I would like for the website to be easier to navigate as far as settings and how to enable certain feature.

I love how easy Vagaro is to use. I have been using it for over 6 years now in my studio salon and I absolutely love all of the available features. I also love how easy it is to customize everything for my business and how easy it is to make changes on the go.

단점:

I don't like that there is not a feature to book particular services on select days but I did submit feedback about that and I received an email that it is being worked on!

An Amazig Scheduling Solution

장점:

Using Vagaro is straightforward and it comes well equipped. It makes scheduling easy and fast and we no longer have issues of double booking.

단점:

Vagaro is smooth and delivers without problems.
