There’s very little to dislike, but one area that could be improved is the pricing structure for smaller businesses. It would be great if there were more flexible pricing options for those just starting out.

Cost effective email marketing

주석: I like it. It's not perfect, but neither are we. It helps us get the job done efficiently and has the opportunity to grow. Plus, I have been happy with the support.

We have 2m contacts in our database, and no other tool is as cost-effective for efficiently emailing them. Omnisend also has great e-commerce functionality, like SMS and easy-to-use form builders. Our account manager has been very helpful.

단점:

This is great for B2C, not B2B. Creating lists is difficult and managing our database is almost impossible..

Love Omnisend!

주석: We have loved working with Omnisend, the quarterly meetings are helpful to give us new things to try and strategies to implement. They also ask for our opinion on features we would like to see and take them back to the developers and overall we've seen positive changes come from that.

I love the email builder, it's very easy to work with and understand. Also their customer support is AMAZING. If an issue arises they are quick to respond and help us figure out the problem. They also are continuing to integrate with apps that shopify uses and we've been enjoying the benefits of that.

단점:

Our company really loved the scratch and win feature and it was removed when the builder was upgraded. Also when utilizing the mobile only features there is a button at the bottom that displays the email again with desktop features which can be slightly confusing to customers.

Easy to use, lots of features for the cost

주석: Love it, we evaluate annually and it continues to be the best bang for the buck, plus they keep adding features which is great.

Omnisend has been a great ESP solution for my business. I have used several marketing & digital platforms in my professions career and overall, the ease of use and features for the cost are outstanding.

Inability to have more custom landing pages and use custom domains for landing pages

주석: We have been Omnisend clients for about two years and are quite happy with our experience thus far.

They have great account managers, I have always been able to get into contact with my account manager or a support team member quickly. They are also constantly updating features, if there isn't a feature available you can request them to look into it. Most of my requests have been addressed or fixed. Lastly it is a very cost-efficient platform, I researched many others and Omnisend had an extremely competitive cost.

단점:

Originally the SMS program was very simple, but it has evolved with feature changes and updates. Now it gives the functionality of most other platforms.

주석: Overall I am very happy and use it regularly. It has replaced our other tools as the go to for email campaigns, sign-up form builder, welcome automations and cart abandonment automations.

The email builder is easy to use and the automations are straight-forward and easy to setup.

단점:

I would like to be able to see orders from all campaigns and automations in one place. I find it is a bit of work to jump between all the active automations and recent campaigns to see which one drove sales. Cost of SMS is higher than other providers, which has prevented us from using the SMS more.

Love using Omnisend for my business

I find Omnisend very easy to use whenever I want to create a campaign or an automation. I don't use it to its full potential but I have enjoyed using it over the years and send things out via Omnisend daily.

For my more limited use, based in South Africa where the $ is much stronger than the local currency, it's a bit expensive for my business.

주석: Overall, it's a great tool with very clean and intuitive UI. Campaign creation, automation creation and data dashboards are pretty neat and easy to use

It's integration part. It cannot integrate with most of the data analysis tools like TripleWhale or Glew for data analytics purposes which is very crucial

Great for a Small Business

주석: Great easy to use and not complicated like klaviyo and you always get back to me and help in any way you can.

Great product, needs more freedom of sending.

주석: Overall it's good. I would entertain a different company if we could just send to our contact list as it stands, instead of spending whole weeks of hours each year clearing out people who want to be on our list but who usually only buy once ever year to two years due to the great lasting standard of our product.

Streamlined and quick, user friendly. Has some interesting tools that make sending emails quick.

We have a high-ticket item and decades-lasting product. Our products are things that men hand down to sons. So having to keep my contacts so strictly under 1% disengaged if very trying. We only send to people who willingly sign up and it takes me longer each week to keep these contacts something that Omnisend wants it to be than a collective 6 months of writing email content!
