We manage to add more value to our attendees thanks to Eventtia

주석: We highly recommend Eventtia as event management software. Features are great and they try to make it easier to manage events.

- Thanks to Eventtia we were able to offer a better experience to our attendees : we created multiple custom registration processes, offered online payments with discounts and the ability to connect before the event (networking feature). - For the first time in the history of our event, exhibitors didn't have to send us Excel files, but could manage their logistic online on a single plateforme. - A special thank goes to the support who helped us a lot and didn't hesitate to improve the software for us.

단점:

- Creating the event website was not as easy as we thought, some HTML skills were needed. The next update should answer to the problem. - We had to create a second event with Eventtia in order to manage our foreigners attendees.

A pleasant experience

주석: They were supportive and engaged with the success of my event.

장점:

The killer feature is that I'm not committed to a single specific event, I have access to the platform, paid for a pack of attendees and features, and can do as many events as I need. It's easy to use as an attendee (the virtual stage is intuitive) and it has all the features to manage and build the event.

단점:

It still has room to improve in user interface of the back-office, but it looks like a WordPress site builder, so it works and has the necessary features.

Eventtia and me

주석: I've been involved in the use of the software more each year so I enjoy it more and more. But I'm frustrated to not be able to explore and use all the possibilities.
From a logistic point of view, I would like to manage more things thanks to Eventtia but it is either not possible with the software for the moment (to follow the rooming list for the event for exemple) or impossible because of the way we have to manage our event (we are not be directly in contact with our guests and we register them ourselves).

장점:

This is a good showcase of the event. There is plenty of possibilities but we need time to explore it.

단점:

Sometimes it is not intuitive. So it's difficult when you don't use it often and especially when you have to be quick at the moment you use it. The lack of time doesn't allow to explore all the possibilities.

Great online conference platform

주석: We organized a lot of events during the year, some of them are weekly with 50 assitants, quaterly with 300, and yearly more than 1.000. For us Eventtia is so useful because help us to publish, share and confirm assitants.

Use eventtia

장점:

The platform is very complete with many modules that we can customize. The platform is really 100% customizable, which I prefer on Eventtia.

Excelent tool to handle in very easy and fast steps the complexity of all size events

주석: Relevant savings in time and money.

It is intuitive, all is solved with just a few clicks, there is no need to navigate too much to get things done.

단점:

Mailing campaigns do not work properly. In every single one of them we have had to ask support people to help us "fix" the code of our HTMLS. Mails that do not reach are also a problem. In some cases we have had to send our emalis with other platafoms, that implied extra costs, but we had none of the problems mentioned, we have con Eventtia.

An unforgettable experience with Eventtia

장점:

Eventtia is a powerful event management tool, that gives a full overview of the event, from selling tickets to scheduling 1to1 meetings. Mauricio and his team were awesome, always there to give a hand and listen our feedback.

단점:

We think Eventtia's UX should be improved. It is sometimes complicated to manage the front end website (a lot of essential features are missing). Some improvements have to be done on the overall design (website, but also emailings, etc).

장점:

The integrated features and prompt customer service were the most beneficial software attributes. All of the app features were easy to use and intuitive. During the course of use by customers, no complaints were received regarding use.

단점:

Not many cons... most of the learning is intuitive although you sometimes make matters harder than they need to out of pure being familiar with such integration.

Eventtia: Ideal platform for digital launch of clothing lines

Eventtia is an ideal platform for digital launch of clothing line. Easy to set up and to customize, it allows to host and display precorded videos (plenary, workshops) as a live event.

단점:

Some features can't be customized but I know that the Eventtia team is currently working on some updates.

Helpful and friendly tool for events management ;)

주석: Eventtia has been a helpful tool , which allows us - as organizers - to have things under control in terms of register and attendance statistics; also having a professional and friendly image for the event.

단점:

Now and then, the configuration process gets a little bit complicated ( on the other hand, the client support is good )

First experience with Eventtia

주석: to start with please guide the costomer by examples, ıt is not easy to start

It is a full program for all needs. ıt is not easy to start but than you get used to.

단점:

1-Vırtual studio needs a lot to use... You can not change a time and date once you arrange an activity. You have to start from the beginning. 2-ın activities choosing the speaker must be a menu type, It was along list for 130 speakers 3-with a heavy program (we had 4 rooms with many speakers) the day view in the app does not work, you can not understand anything. we used the list view instead

Easy-to-use and efficient registration platform. Great customer support!

주석: Overall, my colleagues and I had a positive experience with the platform. Except for a few issues we found on the way (ex. badge creation), everything ran smoothly. Our account manager ( [SENSITIVE CONTENT]) was always helpful and reactive if we had questions or needed support. That's a big plus!

장점:

Very efficient and reactive customer support (thanks, [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!), easy-to-use and set-up platform, a combination of everything we needed for our in-person event (registration, match-making, communication, check-in).

단점:

The badge creator should be improved to allow more flexibility with the format. It is a great feature for a registration platform, but in the end, we had the create the badges manually because of the format of our lanyards.

EVENTTIA USEFULNESS : I RECOMMEND IT

주석: It was really useful for the members who were invited to participate to our congress :
- they find the mobile app very useful because they got all the information, details about the event and even more than expected.
- they will recommend this mobile app.
- Create a survey and collect the participants' answers was vezry interesting to understand what could be improvend in our event.

Really user friendly : - practicality aspects, - many options, (create an event with your needs) - possibility to introduce internet links, pictures

단점:

Of course some features may be improved but in my case, the usefulness was efficient. I don't see at present what can be improved. So it's difficult to point out some negative aspects.

How to develop a virtual event in a few days.

주석: Since my first contact with Eventtia team, They felt a close empathy of what I wanted to achieve, they knew what I needed, therefore, I could create a digital event in days.

What I love about using Eventtia, it's the easy way to getting a digital event in a few days, it is no crucial knowing about programming or an specific knowledge in tech, what you need is a programme and graphics elements that visually support your event such as pictures, logos etc.

단점:

I'd like to see a digital booth just like a real Expo or something related with hybrid events.

장점:

I like the way to program a ticketing settings. And it's easy to connect with our website, Wordpress in my case.

단점:

I don't like the landing page and the way to check an event with the calendar. For me, isn't logic compare to softwares that we use every day. The ergonomy of Eventtia is really difficult to understand and to manage. You can improve easily the Customer experience on your software.

Ease of use and Excellent Support team!

장점:

The most positive point about Eventtia is their support team as they are always available for any question we have. Even though it is easy to use, the support team has always been there to teach us how to use the platform's full potential and to guide us in case we missed a setting. It is a great pleasure to develop our virtual event management experience with this platform.

단점:

Analyticals may be improved as for the moment the reports are not really helpful to know the real time spent for each participant. Plus, it is not possible yet to export the chat or to analyze the interactions that each participant could have had on the platform.

Great tool, makes event management a piece of cake!

Super user friendly, stats in real time, easy to customize it. Moreover, all info. can be downloaded in Excel spreadsheets easily

단점:

Mailing blast still needs some improvement, as it is not simple to import excel lists. However, for the moment the customer service has been super helpful to solve this issue.

주석: In general it was an aceptable service, but the moment of our event we had many problems that we solved ourselves, the zoom was not well integrated and it affected to our event design...

Un outil répondant aux besoins basiques - mais limité lorsqu'il en faut plus

주석: L'expérience est correcte, mais bien trop d'approximations existent sur chaque bloc lorsque nous avons besoins pousser la personnalisation. Une étude interne ou par un prestataire externe serait nécessaire pour améliorer votre outils.
Ce n'est pas au client de relever chaque point de friction ou dysfonctionnement au fur et à mesure de son parcours. En évènementiel, nous n'avons pas le temps pour cela, des entreprises spécialisées dans les audits son fait pour.

L'outil offrent différents blocs pertinent à l'organisation d'un salon professionnel : site vitrine, gestion des formulaires d'inscriptions, un bloc Networking, l'ouverture d'un espace virtuel pour chaque participants, la gestion des flux grâce à l'option de scan QR-code, le bloc email de masse... L'assistance de Juliette Claudon a été excellente. Réactive et apporteuse de solution à chaque problème, l'expérience a été fluide avec l'account manager. De plus le service de chat 24/24 a pu prendre le relais pour les petits questions sur l'utilisation du back office.

Plusieurs points ont été surprenants lors de l'utilisation de l'outils, en voici quelque-uns dans le désordre : - La programmation des emails masse est impossible du le créneau de 00:00 à 12:00. - La non gestion des fuseaux horaires et de la langue dans certains paramètres (en fonction de l'utilisateur - localisation/langue de préférence). - Certains outils n'enregistrent pas les modifications effectuées comme dans le bloc de gestion des créneaux de RDVs. Ce qui oblige les équipes à refaire plusieurs fois le même travail. - La mauvaise gestion des duplications de masse email. Lorsque nous dupliquons des courriel, le template se vide de son contenu. Idem lorsque nous modifions l'audience d'un masse email, son contenu se reset/s'efface. - Dans les listes de participants, les filtres s'effacent à chaque visite d'une fiche, impossible de créer des segments stables. Cela oblige l'équipe à paramétrer le même filtre pour chaque recherche. - Ne pas pouvoir modifier une petite partie des emails automatique liés au profil participant. Soit nous devons rien toucher, soit nous devons recoder en HTML l'ensemble des communications en utilisant le catalogue de référentiel Eventtia. Le clou de l'expérience : voir une MAJ de la plateforme, sans préavis, le jour où nous en faisons la démonstration aux parties prenantes. Une surprise mal venue, qui de plus a fait sauter certains contenus qui ont été remis à jour par notre équipe.
