주석: It favors productivity time and managing more collaborative work between everyone to have a good quality of work

장점:

I improve teamwork because it is more united with real-time information that we can all see and thus be able to work on the same approach. I also like that when there is a new person in the team we do not have to go back in the work to give them an explanation because through Calamari there are all the necessary tutorials so that they can be updated with our work and thus have a simple interface between new personnel and the daily work done

단점:

There is nothing to say that I dislike, I have no words to describe something bad that has happened to me

Calamari - no fishy business here

주석: No issues at all and was easy to set up. It has been a pleasure working with Calamari

Simple to use and the App integration means that staff can record leave requests on the move

Extra modules can become quite expensive, depending on the number of users

Excellent service

Fabulous customer service, [sensitive content hidden] is the best customer success person I've ever worked with. Super knowledgeable and every little detail we could want was already thought through and accessible.

단점:

Really can't think of anything, it's been a great experience.

Simple and easy to use!

주석: Love it! What an absolute time saver for keeping track of employee time off. The customer support is phenomenal, and they continue to help set up and answer questions in a timely manner.

장점:

Ease of employees logging in their vacation and sick time. Visibility to all on one calendar. Less administrative burden on keeping track of time off. And there is a mobile app that helps our salespeople who are on the road see who is off in the office.

단점:

The calendar view could show a bit more detail on the absence up front. As of now you have to "hover" over the individual to see if they are off the entire day or just taking a couple of hours off.

Good, but still room for improvement

주석: Okay, but I have to endure staff complaints after we transitioned from a former in-house program to Calamari with its shortcomings as mentioned above.

The fact that it is available as a Web app, Mobile App and can be integrated with MS Teams, etc.

단점:

The calendar should be improved across all platforms to give a first-glance distinction of approved vs pending approval requests, partial vs full day leave, clear and very visible identification of company holidays without the need to hover over the days to figure it out.

The best for your business

주석: We have been using calamari for a few years now and it is a very useful software for the company. They update the software continuously, which means they take great care of their customers.

장점:

the software allows us to have precise control over the hours worked per job

단점:

There is nothing negative. I would like it to have a function that automatically edits the employee's entry/exit time, example: IN 8:04 --> 8:15, 8:22 --> 8:30, EX 17:47 --> 17:45, 18:03 --> 18:00 and so on.

Calamari cant be great for leaves notifications

주석: Its pretty good for what we want to use it for. But its a basic tool.

장점:

Slack notifications are really good. They help us keep up to date.

단점:

There is no view to see full public holidays calendar.

Amazing product

주석: Calamari has been a game-changer for us managing staff leave. The tech support has been amazing.

장점:

- Calamari is simple and highly customisable - Helpful support

단점:

- Navigation within the product is sometimes difficult to find what I am looking for

Global use

주석: We are mostly satisfied with calamari But wish that it’s global usage and coordination was more efficient

It is mostly easy to use however, the reporting functionality is not as robust as we wish it could be

단점:

Customization by countries, not ideal without having to list tons of different plans

We are a small IT company that wants to digitize all applications because our work is flexible regarding time and place. Requests, entitlements, and time management are all in one place. We can't imagine our daily work without Calamari notifications on Slack. It improves our work-life :)

단점:

Initially, the interface seemed a bit clunky, but the Calamari team welcomes feedback and has made great progress over the past year. They ask about improvements and implement them quickly!

Straightforward People Management

장점:

Great time tracking, punch card, and other features. PTO tracking is also huge.

단점:

The way that certain things have to be set up or configured, like PTO accruals, is a little more complicated than it needs to be.

Recomend. Practical to use for employees and managers.

주석: Positive. When i nit know something or have problem very good support online.

Everyone know actual holiday,sickness, work online or not.

단점:

That work online and holidays look the same. Icons ahould be different.

Calamari is an usefull software

Some features are missing, it is hard to adapt it when you are not a IT specialist

Calamari for Office Efficiency

주석: Calamari has really solved our time tracking and attendance issues. Moving away from excel sheets and missed tracking has been great. Customer service is always willing to help!

장점:

Calamari has great ease of access for all staff. Being able to use your phone to request a sick day and approve it or request time off has been a great feature.

단점:

I wish that administrator and HR didn’t count as a seat if you aren’t using the system for them. We are just using it purely as an administrator.

Recommended

장점:

Simplicity. It's easy to learn, effective and very helpful.

단점:

I don't use it as one tool for all and switch between several.

Calamari Review

주석: So far, it has been great, I can see all requests in the calendar view.

I like that you can have all employee requests in one place and by category.

단점:

I can't track an employee's request. When a request has been sent or is on hold, it would be great to have something that allows us to control the requests.

Perfect for NFPs

주석: Great! Calamari has been perfect for a small not for profit organization working with a diverse team across many timezones.

장점:

Simple to onboard new staff and manage a variety of work flows and staff types.

단점:

There could be improvements made in moving year to year - particularly in setting up standard holiday schedules.

Good System

It keeps track of our time and vacation and sick leave

단점:

Not so easy to see the location of people that clock in

Easy to Use and Worth the Cost

주석: Great! This product is perfect for our needs right now.

장점:

Calamari is easy to use and useful for a small employee population. It is simple and you don't have to pay for the big scale HRIS and timekeeping software for a small population. Its features are still targeted not requiring the use of a generic product for the smaller employers. All of the technical support and customer Service I have received has been quick and exceptional!

단점:

it would be nice to be able to have at least one report option that is ad hoc and customizable.

Intuitive interface

As a user, my experience with Calamari.io has been overwhelmingly positive, thanks to its intuitive interface and the seamless integration capabilities it offers.

A very user friendly tool

장점:

Since we implemented Calamari, we have received very positive feedbacks from our teams because the tool is very easy to use, and it met very well our needs. The Clamari teams are also very supportive and very responsive, they supported us during the implementation phase, the training of the teams, and the launch of the tool, and I would like to thank them very much for that.

단점:

A very user-friendly tool, and available on several devices (mobile, laptop...), for me it's making HR management simple :)

One of the Best Time Off Trackers

장점:

Easy to use and set up. The features are all easy to use and intuitive. The support team was great in answering my questions.

단점:

I haven't been able to identify a problem yet.
