주석: I enjoy that Simplybook is both a booking platform and a straightforward website. I was too busy getting my firm off the ground to devote time and resources to creating a comprehensive website, yet Simplybook fulfilled the same functions for me.

In terms of value for money, SimplyBook.me is hard to beat. Extremely potent, offering a plethora of functionality and configuration options across a range of price points. The simplicity of the design and the ease of setting up the payment gateway are the two outstanding features.

단점:

Features beyond booking can be added to make this a comprehensive digital marketing platform for your business. Streamlining the platform's user interface might make it more convenient for users. Increasing its scope will allow you to reach a larger audience.

주석: My overall experience with this app has been wonderful! Nothing malfunctions, booking always goes well!!

I like how the pricing is! It’s definitely better than any other app I’ve used.

단점:

Only thing I don’t like is that you have to go thru another app to send text messages but the app will send emails.

SimplyBook.me 전환 이유: It was more appealing to me price wise and it had more options for the price I chose. I like the fact that this app has different pricing options.

It is not easy to update times across all classes. There are too many areas that also have to be updated and it becomes frustrating to use and takes time to figure it out.

Mobile App Could Use Slight Enhancements The SimplyBook.me mobile app is quite handy for managing bookings on the go, but it doesn’t yet fully match the rich experience of the desktop version. The app works well, but with a few tweaks and added features, it could become just as powerful as the main platform, providing even greater flexibility to users.

Happy with SimplyBook.me - Would recommend!

장점:

Very similar to more expensive scheduling software. I have used Mindbody & Mariana Tek in the past for scheduling, payroll & POS. Although I was satisfied with both the other companies, the subscription prices for the software was too high.

단점:

I would prefer to have a live representative to help with the set up and other questions that could arise. The Chat feature is helpful. However, talking on the phone or video call is preferred. I have since used You Tube for help with any questions I may have.

Great Yoga & Massage Booking Site

주석: I’ve had a lot of trouble with people trying to get gift cards. This is something that I need to trouble shoot before the next holiday season!

Looked professional and I could do it myself. (But it took a lot of time!)

단점:

My calendar is in :05 increments. I would gladly delete all of our future appointments in order to change this to a :15 calendar. And then manually put them all back in. The amount of scrolling it takes people is confusing to them.

Super Customer Assistance

For single practitioners

주석: So far it’s functional but may need to switch if I continue to grow to get more features.

장점:

Easy to set up & use. Good price. Ability to create classes.

단점:

That so many features require a higher priced plan. Would like to see more of the add-ons included in the beginning plans. Also would like to see form creation and ability to send. And a way to create more detailed notes and client management.

주석: Overall, the user experience is excellent, and it's the most suitable platform I've found for my needs.

장점:

I find SimplyBook.me to be a very different product from what I'm used to. It offers powerful functionality, but it does take some time to learn and understand the system when starting out. The integration of business processes is also very straightforward.

단점:

One aspect I'm not entirely pleased with is the calendar, as it's not very user-friendly. I can't directly view more customer information or make changes; I have to click into it. Additionally, there are limited options for customer payment, and some functions lack the ability to address finer details.

Ease of use

주석: Positive so far but I have also experienced some issues with integrating payment processors.

Difficulty in adding certain payment options and integrating Pay Pal etc.

Adaptable for multiple uses

주석: I did a lot of research before choosing SimplyBook and I haven't found very many services that offer this much customization. Of course I'm greedy and want more through. I'm grateful this is available and would recommend it.

장점:

I like that I can use it as a reservation software for my unique business needs as a brewery. I like that you can build your own package with the features. I wish other companies did that more often.

단점:

I wish that there was more features tailored to reservations and private events. I also wish that the items we sell through the payment system could be labeled with categories that transfer to our POS system. There's a bit of a learning curve if you're using the software but it's worth the effort.

Perfect for small beauty business

주석: I am a very happy client. I value the fact that they offer free service without time limit , ao you can have a aimole booking site when you are not actually earning yet. There are quite a lot of featurea for free. Looks great, loada of template to choose from. Every section has how to videos that takes you step by step to aolve your.problem. I never wait long for customer service help. They answer fast and whether you pay or use a free version, they always help! Very happy client

It eas very easy to start and you can use their free version indefinitely by renewing monthly. Free version gave me all the basics and more to use for my salon, so grrat for my budget

단점:

Nothing really. I am a happy customer that will be using it forever. Easy, simple grrat product

I love the free website and online scheduling.

단점:

It glitches and needs to bre refreshed frequently. No option to put notes on a client. Only on appointment. I would like to put a pets name on file as well as their owner. Notes for the client would suffice. I haven't been able to figure out how to add text reminders. I wish there were more useful options for enabling more add ons for the 300. I upgraded to 300 just to allow one more add on. It paid for itself with that but I would like to add more and cannot justify paying more.

Took me a little bit to get it set on opening hours and available hours. I'm available all day, but only take appt at specific times.

Best Scheduling and Booking Software I've Tested Out of 40+

장점:

Best scheduling software for a recording studio out there. I've tested over 40 other booking software's and Simpybook is by far the best for a mult-location, multi-calendar, multi-staff, multi-user, etc option.

단점:

Calendar view could be easier to read & sort.

SimpyBook Review

주석: I really enjoy using SimpyBook. I like the ease of it and the ability for clients and future clients to schedule appointments.

장점:

Easy to use for staff members and clients. Keeps my schedule organized when my days are busy.

단점:

Price. One user using it, $50 for it can be on the pricer side.

Enough flexibility while remain simple to use.

주석: So far it's great. We embedded the widget to our site and things are working out.

장점:

The features are sufficient for all my booking needs including very complex individual and group services that we offer.

단점:

The UI might need to be upgraded or make it more flexible to service providers.
