Best organizer ever used

주석: It took me a while to find the task and project manager that fitted.
Quire was my champion!

장점:

It was all free first and being improved, developed continuously. Eventually it became even better.

단점:

Pricing changed after a few years. I guess it was a bit of a disappointment.

versatile task management tool for thesis

What I liked most about Quire is its clean and user-friendly interface, which makes task management both intuitive and efficient. Not a bad product, too expensive to juystify

주석: Not had any problems using the free version. Slightly annoying when it loses the filters when you update it, though.

Good limited version for free, even if some functionality has been removed since launch.

단점:

I hate subscription based pricing, its a total con.

My personal quire perspective

주석: With Quire, my colleagues and I have been been able to meet up to target in our different roles in the company helping us work together without stress. Personally, I am very pleased with the ability for me to monitor my schedule task on projects I work on making me leave no stone unturned.

Quire is a all in one package software, where everything I need about managing projects comes to me handy and the user interface can be easily navigated coupled with the ability for me to share my project with other people.

단점:

Amount of software pricing was a little on the high side

Marketing my project work online with ease.

장점:

After the completion of a project work, it is often difficult to market the project or services to people at times but with this software marketing projects work online has been easy for me to do which has helped to improve our services and productivity. Interface so simple to work with and they offer great customer care services. For me, they really deserve the 5 star rating i gave them as the software does what it is expected from it.

단점:

I have been using it for some months and i have not come across any reason to make a bad report about it.

주석: overall quire work great it is easy to set up and I enjoy using it because it has everything a Business owner like me need to become and stay productive

장점:

the first reason why like quire software is because it has a simple and functional interface another feature is the task management feature that help me prioritize my pending task the time tracking feature is also very useful for keepings my self up to date all the feature together keeps ne more productive

단점:

I can't even come up with any complain Quire is just so good at what it does

About the best task management app out there

주석: It delivers a high rate of success when it pertains to multiple project management. It is also easily learnt and understood as all the people I introduced it to picked it up in no time.

It is very effective in tracking multiple projects progress, easily customizable with access to features that are of low cost to consumers.

단점:

No negative experience since I have started using this month 6 months ago.

An effective online media marketing platform.

장점:

It takes a lot of effort to complete a media production project work, it is more difficult to market it to people in order to accept and venture into the completed project but with this software it has been easy for me to achieve using this platform which has made me to be successful in what i do at work. It has a detailed interface with a lot of features which has been helpful and has made it easy for me to use.

단점:

I actually have no issues since i have been making use of this platform for marketing my media production work.

주석: It has a relatively easy to adapt software with a simple user interface as all the people I made recommendations to learnt it in a short time.

The best task and plan management software I have ever used as it makes my organization of multiple tasks a relatively easy process. I can easily manage my various task and create plans for other project.

My review

주석: My overall experience is great. It might be the only product I use right now where I would be truly disappointed if it disappeared one day

장점:

The overall user interface. It has all the same features as other task management apps. But all the bells and whistles are aggregated deeper. So at face value it is not super overwhelming. It just looks like a list you would scratch on a piece of paper. Top down. But then you can get into the Kanban Boards, graphs, charts, etc. but they are not initially cluttering.

단점:

There is only one thing that I dislike about it. I have an Android phone and have changed the display density and if a task is due tomorrow the word tomorrow gets cut off and brought to the next line Even though there is plenty of space.

The perfect match for our Project Management Requirement

주석: We have started implementing Quire in our day to day project / task management at the org level. Here are few of the most important quick wins for us - the productivity of teams has increased significantly, it has now become super easy for team-leaders to track project progress, who is working on what and check if someone is overloaded or has bandwidth. Quire has also been helpful with adding transparency in teams because team members can see overall company level projects. Apart from this I would really like to appreciate the prompt customer support of team (Golda & Peggy). We had certain requirement for Slack integration which was super imp for us and to our surprise after suggesting the requirement, their team took it up and we got the functionality within a week. Kudos to this :)

장점:

The simplicity of the product and how easy it is to setup and get started is one of the most important aspect. Also, the way Quire is structured - we've been using workflowy for taking notes since many years and Quire feels like an extended version of it with much more functionalities. All in all its a great product to kick-start project/task management journey for any company and move your team from complete chaos to a little more structure in their day to day work-life.

단점:

There's not much that we didn't like but some good to have's would be - Desktop app, currently they have a web-app which gets the job done but a desktop app might make the experience a lot better. Also managing notifications and slack integrations are somethings which I presume their team is working on and hope that gets done in the near future.

주석: Quire is a very flexible tool for everyone , it's easy to learn and easily adaptible, it makes the job easier when it's been organized it also help to spot obstacles om time and this makes it easier to solve problems on time and meet targets, qure has been the great deal

장점:

Quire has been a very effective tool for me amd my team members, it's smart sublist view just has to be the best tool to let one know what to focus on at the right time.the kanban board got everyone transparent it was easy to track team members tasks and how far we had gone with our expected jobs and made us reach target on time...it just had a kot to offer

단점:

The use of quire has so far been a delightful experience

My operational management platform.

I have been able to effectively manage my operations at work using this software task management feature which has made me to perform my job adequately. Managing all my task effectively.

Simple and user friendly interface. Its task management feature has helped me to prioritize and manage all various task assigned to me. Also its time tracking feature keeps me up to date on various events or task that has to be done in order to improve productivity.

Cut down on boring & unproductive meetings!

주석: I have searched around for a lot of AGILE PM software pkgs and Quire is the best if you are not set up to install Taiga.io (free and open source linux based but very clunky compared to Quire). Not all tasks are defined with timeline consideration as the first priority.

Intuitive user interface with chat-note panel for tasks; browser based app easy to run on all Linux computers.

단점:

Outsourced secure cloud servers (AWS AZURE etc). I would much prefer if Quire controlled their own disk drivers and servers in house. Not sure if how much it cosgts for customer server installations.

My time tracking software.

주석: I have been able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects which would have required a lot of time, management and resources. This platform basically clears up this disadvantages . Overall its a very effective task management app.
