주석: Overall, I've had nothing but great experiences with Slack. It's a really helpful platform for project management, teamwork, and communication. It is an invaluable tool for increasing productivity and encouraging teamwork because of its user-friendly interface, wide range of customisation options, and smooth connection with other programmes. But sometimes it might be difficult to handle notifications and information overload; it takes careful planning and moderation. Slack is still a vital tool for contemporary workplaces in spite of this.

The best thing about Slack, in my opinion, is how easily it integrates with different communication channels and has an intuitive UI that makes it simple to share files, remain in touch with coworkers, and work efficiently in real-time. Its extensive app integrations and customisation possibilities also improve productivity and simplify workflows.

단점:

Slack's potential for information overload, especially with regard to channels and notifications, is a disadvantage that can occasionally result in decreased focus and distractions. Additionally, without appropriate planning and communication channel control, managing big teams or complicated projects can become difficult.

Slack - the Number 1 Collaboration Tool

주석: Great experience. I used it in 5 different roles and each time its been a great time saver and the best collaboration tool

Great product for ollaboration. Easy set up and administration. Ability to share with people outside your org for free

단점:

Lack of AI capabilities. would like to see more generative AI functionality to make it easier to search for documents and files

Meh. Its average.

주석: Meh. It's average. It's not the worst, but it doesn’t stand out as the best. Maybe my needs haven’t caused me to dig into its full range of capabilities, but I haven’t found a single killer feature.

Decent group chat software. Easy enough to figure out the basics.

단점:

If you want to go past the basics or use this for more than a simple chat system, you can. But in my opinion it’s complicated and not intuitive.

주석: My overall experience with Slack is very positive.

I like that it is easy to edit a message. I like the ease of posting anonymously. I also love that there are loads of groups. Finding a link within chat is also good, so I would say overall their search functionality is good.

단점:

The vast number of emoticons can make it look less business-like at times.

Slack is great for work groups

주석: I’ve used Slack for years now and I love the ease of use. I love how I can quickly brainstorm something for the group and leave it in the chat or schedule it to be delivered when everyone is available.

I love that it’s fairly easy to use for beginners once you get the hang of it. I love that you can add photos, links, attachments, etc to messages and groups within Slack and you can also have multiple accounts for different businesses, work, school, and clients. I love that it has an app so that I am able to use it on the go from my phone, tablet, or laptop. I love that you can silence or stop notifications and getting messages at a certain time until the next day. It helps you keep work and home separate as well because you aren’t constantly getting notifications after hours if you use it for work.

단점:

I don’t really have any issues that I can complain about right now. Everything I needed Slack for it worked great.

Slack is killer for small or large teams

What You Need to Know About What I Know About Slack

장점:

I am a daily user of Slack-: I nearly like everything about Slack. It streamlines internal communications via creation of unlimited comms channels. Video conferencing tool was incorporated recently which has saves me a lot of time since I do not integrate with external web conferencing apps.

단점:

Slack is one and only tool which I have used for an extended duration without facing challenges.

Slack for Superstitious, Fabulous and Fantastic UC

주석: Slack is basically for cloud communication, file sharing, documents generation and management.

장점:

How it has simplified online training via rich full HD videos, audio and web conference services. Altruistic and impressive architecture with pre-built templates and customizable UX, UFI and GUI design. Available across all Internet enabled devices. Support an excellent and exceptional file sharing.

단점:

At times, in areas of poor network coverage, seamless connection may be interrupted.

The best IM tool on the market

주석: Slack is a great messaging tool both for internal and external use - invite collaborators and colleagues - and clients
It's easy to search, keep conversations separate and tagged - I take Slack to whichever company I go

it's fast, intuitive to use and you can have multiple groups and channels all available

Nothing - it's great; can't fault it, tbh

주석: Slack is an extremely easy way to communicate with coworkers. It has a very nice UI and is easy to use right out of the box

Easy-to-use templates supporting custom LMS for drag-drop option. Full HD video and web streaming. Audio VoIP in bridge. Agile and elegant file sharing. Available across all internet devices on both browsers and desktop.

단점:

I think of zero negative compliment to air for now.

It doesnt get better than Slack

주석: I love it - it works so well for me and is a great way to communicate with my colleagues. I love all of the features and am constantly amazed with all the things it can do - automation is definitely a huge drawcard for me!

I love everything about slack. I have had to use other messaging services in the past and slack has everything you need and more - emojis, gifs, workflow automations, channels, groups. It is fabulous

단점:

Honestly - nothing big comes to mind. I love using Slack. I have noticed a bug recently were messages on my phone are quite delayed compared to my desktop app but this is very minor

A fundamental tool for collaboration within the workplace

주석: Slack is the main tool in my role. In a fully remote position, the entire workday happens on slack, which is a reliable tool to manage conversation within a team, and across different teams. The integration with external tools (eg Knowledge Management tool) that allows to surface them within the Slack interface facilitates conversations since it allows to stay within the tool.

- difficult to manage multiple threads without popping them out

Great Product, Highly Recommend for Workplaces

주석: Overall Slack offers a great user-friendly program. It offers a lot of customization and organization tools such as sorting your channels, setting reminders, making lists, and many more! It is a great program to use especially in a WFH environment to help keep you updated and in touch with everything!

장점:

User-friendly in the app and web browser. I love the customization features and the ability to sort out channels within your screen for a more organized experience.

단점:

Slack is a great program. I miss the split screen feature where you could have 2 channels/chats open on the same page at the same time. Please bring it back!

Strong points but staying behind supporting fun/direct interactions

주석: It is reliable, consistent but not so "fun", the company I worked for has started to use Gather to make our home office interactions feel more personal. As you need to move to another person's desk and interact with them or see if they are talking to someone else. In slack you can see they are in a huddle or busy with a Google Meet but when off you can chat with them but need to wait for that person to read you and answer instead of just being able to talk to to them without "ringing".

I can set up channels that will remain fixed instead of chats that get lost in between all the chats. I like that I can star chats and channels to reach them easily.

단점:

When I start a huddle, the call window gets lost or is small, and when I make it wider, it doesn't pop up immediately in the front and I have to look for it between all my open windows. Also, I didn't get the lists feature , I have no idea what is the value of it for me as a product manager that uses Jira.

This is an essential service when proceeding with the project.

주석: When working on a project, it is very important how to collaborate with the participating members. Slack is very good as a service that we create together, such as quick conversation and data sharing.

장점:

Create projects, create channels, and easily invite members. You can have real-time conversations with the invited members, such as 1:1 conversations and group conversations, and discussions and discussions on various topics within the channel. Also, within the same project, a separate channel for each task can be created and proceeded, so the project can be operated in various forms. And Slack is very light, providing a pleasant service environment.

단점:

I am using only the necessary functions of the slack, so there is no disadvantage yet.

Slack is a must have for your development team

주석: My favorite instant messaging tool for the workplace, especially since I am on a development team. The integrations also create a single place to get updates on all of the work going on.

장점:

Easy to use, lots of plug ins and integrations. Developers love this app and it allows you to create channels as well as small adhoc groups to keep people up to date and have quick conversations. Huddles are also very convenient for a quick oral conversation. We have integrated it with Atlassian to keep people up to date on tickets and changes in status. We also have channels with external partners to make communication with them even easier.

단점:

Sometime the number of channels and direct messages you have available at any time can be overwhelming. You can remove yourself from channels and delete direct messages but often there are a lot that you want to keep up with.

Slack makes it a breeze to communicate via audio and video calls.

I have used Slack for quite long now, I do not experience any flaw at all.

Slack is one of the best effective messaging platform.It is simple yet feature rich and helps us collaborate with our team members,create different channels and customize notifications as well.I also like the file sharing option which makes it very convenient to transfer files among our team members and even take feedback .

단점:

There are a few bugs which logs us off the app rarely.Other than that the platform is great.
