Possibly the biggest thing is 'registering' their accounts so the system recognizes them at log in. Another major issue is how chapter memberships flow down from the umbrella instance and aren't viewable in other chapters, although I understand why this is the case. > > Overall, my experience has been somewhere in the middle. Customer service has drastically improved (including response time and helping us solve issues) from the time we started using it in early 2023, and we've had great customer success managers. Representatives were very informative of program features. There were plenty of training resources available. Our account Manager checked in with us throughout the year to see if we had any problems or to just update us on program changes. Price was very reasonable.
