주석: We've had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend. The help-centre is informative and when I've needed to contact the support team, they've always been quick to respond and super helpful.

We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform. It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

단점:

I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Survicate Review

장점:

They have a great customer service team who is always able to help. Creating and analysing surveys is easy and intuitive

단점:

To be honest, nothing comes to mind right away. I would like if in a workspace I could filter the date range of all my surveys in that workspace at the same time to view and analyse the results instead of one by one.

Top shelf service for a great product!

주석: It's a tool I use daily and that I am getting to know more and more. It's valuable and delivers me data and conclusions as to how I deal. It feels like there are more options than I know of, but their customer service always feels close when needed

장점:

The service is great. You can get in touch easily and really fast, and the answers are always correct and brought to you in a friendly way!

단점:

There is a lot that can be done that did not feel intuitive to me. So it took me a while to find out that some options were available, and what they meant/did. There is a knowledge base and enought information on the website, but I did not take the time to dive in to that

Easily integrated tool for connecting surveys with our marketing services

Survicate has provided us with a quick and easy integration for implementing entry and exit surveys during our user registration process. This allows us to connect our own marketing tools with specific user responses, enabling us to analyze sign-ups and drop-offs on our platform and gain valuable insights to improve user retention and satisfaction. With Survicate, we can also create advertising banners in very little time, specifying the target audience we want to reach.

단점:

For our business needs, it would be useful to manage multiple languages within a single survey, without having to duplicate surveys. We would also find it helpful to have more options for button navigation to create different branching paths within the survey flow.

A complete tool for measuring experience

It's a complete tool for our customer and user experience measurement, giving us appropiate information and feedback with its new AI module

단점:

Currently it's unavailable for some apps that use older platforms

주석: Survicate has transformed the way we gain insights about the users. I'm very happy with this service.

Very flexible tool enabling you to get to know your users. Beautiful and functional interface with charts and graphs that neatly communicate survey outcomes visually.

단점:

Survey logic features are quite limited. AI features are promising but not good enough yet to be really useful.

Great experience with Survicate and it's customer support team

주석: My overall experience with Survicate has been great this far. The product itself is really easy to use, customer support is always helpful.

Survicate has a great customer support - they are really nice, friendly, helpful and fast. Another thing is that Survicate improves a lot each day. The implementation of AI insights features are a great supplement to the product itself.

단점:

There are still some improvements needed that I believe will be there in the future (for example recruiting random respondents straight from the Survicate panel).

Survicate| The creme of the creme in customer service

주석: Easy, smooth and pleasant. The same familiar names throughout make it stands out by being there promptly and they show genuine care. They are decent people who remember you, not bots. It’s like a boutique service really. I am sold

Survicate is an immensely robust and versatile tool that looks great and works well, but the above-and-beyond factor is their incredible attentive and responsive team that provide high-touch and timely support to make sure we're able to work as effectively as possible!

단점:

Missing some additional features at present like custom skip logic, though it is on the roadmap!

Broad feedback after 6 months of use from a buisness developers perspective

장점:

Easy to use interface. Ability to get several different customer insights in one place. Good tools for analyzing results, outcomes and customer feedback. What I would be thinking about in this step is how can we help our clients to package insights in the best way to make it easy to communicate to the organisation? Great customer support. Proactive, helpful and good tools. I get the feeling you have thought through you own customer journey i the help phase. Proactive product development. New and relevant features are released. I believe the step towards using AI to analyze large sets of customer feedback is the right strategic step for you product.

단점:

Not much. Small thing: for some reason I have to log-in every by typing my email manually. A "remember me" function in the log-in step would be nice.

Survey guy at Balance of Nature

주석: I have had a pleasant overall experience and really enjoy using this tool.

I like how accommodating the staff is and how they are always looking for ways to improve the product.

단점:

I wish there were style customization options in the analyze dashboard.

Really easy to set up surveys and it links the name and email from Helpscout

단점:

Found it hard to work out how to put email notifications on and it's not standard you have to manually set it up

Survicate Feedback

주석: All good a part from the Cons that I mentioned

장점:

Easy to use. Support always available. Immediate results.

단점:

If I need to send a survey to a specific group of users (let's say 1000 specific user IDs), I can't enter a bulk of IDs into Survicate. I need to copy and paste each individual ID which is impossible and time consuming. Please solve this issue.

Great survey software for product orgs

장점:

Easy to set up surveys and analyse them (with helpful visuals) and helpful and responsive user support & customer success teams.

단점:

Some of the options for building surveys could be a bit more sophisticated with logic & branching, but generally does the job for 99% of my needs!

Fine Survey Tool

주석: Its a good tool for surveys. We use it exclusively for sending NPS surveys and it works well. Best part is that it integrates with mailchimp seamlessly, we dont need to do any external linkage.

great UI and user friendly system. Powerful NPS tool.

단점:

expensive, it doesnt have any plans for infrequent users like me.

Survicate review

장점:

Easy to set up a survey and easy to share it with respondents with several options. The support is also great.

단점:

Hard to adjust the look of the survey if you do not want to use the standard template. For instance, text color and adding images to the survey.

satisfactory survey software

주석: I had to get my user id transferred from a previous employee. In the meantime i had to use his account log in. Upon logging into his account, there was no data. I reached out to Survicate team for help, and they were able to help within an hour. They said it was because they had removed previous employees access to the company info.
Why not just delete him from the user base? Otherwise, overall software works fine. It doesn’t have as many bell and whistles as it’s compettitors, but the functionality is there and pretty user friendly.

You can integrate contact forms directly onto your website with this software.

단점:

From an admin perspective, when you have a lot of continuous responses, the responses are hard to navigate on-screen. I wish there was a “view all” where i could filter responses by date range. From a user perspective, pop up surveys are irritating to the user and a dated feature.

Easy to use, customisable

주석: It's great to be able to launch website intercept surveys so quickly and easily, user-friendly interface. There are lots of customisation options in terms of who the surveys are displayed to, where and when on the website. The outputs and exports of data are also great, user friendly and detailed. Customer service has been very quick and helpful, functions that are not yet included in the software seem to be taken on board for consideration.

Delay between launching or editing a survey and it appearing on the website - makes it difficult to test and change

A feedback tool with many survey options already present

It reduces effort in creating feedback surveys with easy to understand placement options for the survey on a website.

단점:

The code for embedding is difficult to spot and quite hidden. it should be present either on the dashboard or in the launch step.

Horrible customer service and misleading company

장점:

I like the email integration with HTML. However, the Zapier Connection did not work with infusionsoft.

단점:

This company mislead me by saying that my essential plan would get me access to excel export features. Long behold when I tried to use it they said I had to upgrade my plan even though I had a screenshot that clearly says "your plan" has access to " export features". I showed this to the support team and they simply said not our problem you will have to upload to get access to this feature. I feel like this was a misleading bait and switch by survicate. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a company.

Good to have Survicate in your toolbox

I think surveys are underestimated for many reasons - and Survicate debunks myths that surveys are out-of-date and hard to manage. I've created a lot of surveys there with my clients, from conception to completion, and we were always over the moon with the whole experience.

단점:

I would change Pricing. Survicate has a nice free option, but obviously, it is not enough, then it is a huge leap to a big amount of money.

Survicate - best value for money

장점:

The User Interface is very easy to use and provides a wide variety of formats to survey users. Also, the integrations with Intercom allowed us to narrow audiences and nail niches we need feedback from.

단점:

Branding customizations are a bit limited.

주석: We started to test survicate to generate more leads and feedback from our users on testarmy.com It works and we are happy using it.
