Senior Enterprise Trainer. These team members have been so attentive and treat every step of the way with urgency!
Our team sees the dedication that the Zenoti staff have when working with any company. The attention to detail, resources provided, and outlines given to assist in our conversion process have exceeded my expectations! It's a centralized system to chart, book appointments, manage clients and leads, take payment, and review any data pertinent to the operations.
단점:
No cons for me to provide on the Zenoti system. As we continue to use and get to know the system, there may be opportunities of improvement, but all expectations have been superseded.
Sauna and Plunge KC
주석: Our overall experience has been 12/10. [sensitive content hidden] and his team were so helpful along the way. They scheduled meetings as frequently as we wanted and answered every question we had promptly. He would walk us through everything we had questions one which has been huge in learning how to work the system. We couldn't have had a better experience from start to finish!

Zenoti has everything we need and more to run our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge Business. We are able to really customize it to fit both ours and our guests needs. It is also pretty user friendly and the help assistant is a major perk when learning how to do certain things or when you need immediate help! [sensitive content hidden] and his team were AMAZING and helped us out every step of the way.

Zenoti has a TON of features which is great but it can get very confusing.
Horrible Wait time in Support
주석: Nothing works and it takes support FOREVER TO respond and complete open tickets. Service has gone WAY DOWN since we went live. WAY to much turnover and no one knows who is where or doing what. The support team is kind and nice, but they need WAY MORE staff. It is ridiculous that it takes LITERALLY WEEKS to get a resolution.

Zenoti: The Ultimate All-in-One Solution for Med Spas
주석: Overall, my experience with Zenoti has been great. I have found the Zenoti team to be very patient as we onboard and learn how to navigate through all that is offered.

All-in-one solution for scheduling, marketing, billing, and inventory.
단점:
Zenoti offers so much, it can sometimes be overwhelming and hard to remember where to find things, but the help chat is a great resource. There is also Zenoti University and opportunities to attend webinars.
Overall happy - wish it was more streamlined

It seems to be "click-heavy" and sometimes takes too many steps to complete a simple task, and it can be frustrating that abilities live in multiple places to complete something simple.

Zenoti is Great
주석: Overall great. I am very happy with the product thus far (Live for 1-month). The two men who helped me with set-up ( [sensitive content hidden]) were amazing and extremely patient...My only negative is that no one mentioned how hard and how much time will be needed to start-up Zenoti.

Now that it is done, it is an all-in-one product. Love it!

How HARD it was during set-up. As a single owner, working fulltime and trying to get his up and running, I wasn't told up front how much time it would take for me to dedicate for start-up. It was way too much and during the sales call, it should have been mentioned.
Solace Flow x Zenoti
주석: Overall experience was very great! The sales team was great to work with, but the implementation is where they really shined. [sensitive content hidden]was my rep and she nursed me through every part of the process ensuring that I had everything I needed for a successful go live.

I like how robust the system is. I came from GlossGenius which was fine as a solo technician but as my company grew - I need more options to run my business. I am beyond happy with Zenoti.

It almost feels a bit too robust at times meaning it takes a while for me to find where I am trying to navigate. They provide a great 'Zenoti University' to combat this.
5 Star POS- ZENOTI!
주석: 5 STARS! I am looking forward to integrating our payroll into the system.

There is nothing that comes to mind. As I need assistance, Apratim is very helpful with assisting my management team.
Frisco Body Contouring

All In One Software
주석: I have used Zenoti in two different medical spas and recommend it to everyone! The amount of information and customization available can be overwhelming but once you have it set up with the help of your Zenoti success team, it makes every task from taking payments to getting reviews, so much easier. I appreciate their dedication to continuously growing and improving their software based on what their customers are asking for. If you're needing a software system that does it all, Zenoti is it!

The level of customization, AI developments have really helped with navigating the system, all in one program - from client communication, payment processing, reporting, employee scheduling and management, to goal setting and tracking
단점:
It takes a very long time to really understand the software and how it works/thinks which can be difficult for new team members
Not for med spas
주석: From onboarding to present day, this has been an extremely difficult and frustrating process. I regret ever switching to Zenoti.

I wish I could come up with something. The sales team put on a great presentation.
단점:
Not to be dramatic, but I don't believe any of the features have worked as promised. The most frustrating part is that their tech support is overseas, so it can take days or weeks to get an answer to what should be a simple problem.

Stay Away from this operating system for spas, gyms, etc
주석: Awful - Run do not walk - AWAY - they offer no support once you a paying client.
장점:
It is connected to all our franchises so customer data is at any location.
단점:
It is a very non user friendly program. They do not update the platform. NOTHING autosaves. So if you step away from your desk and get delayed all your progress is instantly lost when working on reports, email campaigns, etc. They system lets us down on a daily basis. There is absolutely no "help" because support is out of the country and they take days to respond.

Zenoti grows as you grow
주석: Great so far. We continue to evolve and Zenoti is able to match up with us.
장점:
There are so many features that you really need to be aware of what you need or want. They do a great job with your customer suppport through the CSM to make sure you are getting full use of your capabilities that you purchase. I like that they are responsive to my requests and the software changes often. My old scheduling suite had not changed anything in years.
단점:
Zenoti is on the high side of pricing but you get what you pay for. It is very capable and will grow with you. Also, I would like a few more protections for business owners as far as not showing your employees all the information about your business. They ZMA and MyZen apps really push the boundaries of what I'm comfortable sharing in a super competitve business field.
Exceptional Onboarding and User-Friendly Software Experience
주석: Overall, our experience has been excellent. The onboarding team has been exceptionally helpful—kind, patient, and friendly throughout the process. We've never felt that our questions or learning curve were burdensome or dismissed. Additionally, the training videos on their university platform are thorough and informative. The software itself is intuitive, logical, and user-friendly.

We're impressed with everything so far! The onboarding process is highly organized and clearly mapped out. This is our third software investment for our med spa, and we've finally found an all-inclusive program that meets our expectations.
단점:
Aside from missing E Prescribe, we like everything.
Great SAAS that covers for our spa
주석: Moving to a new system is always painful, but Zenoti has a large and capable team that helped numb the pain. Their system covers everything that we need in a MedSpa software.

Zenoti covers everything for my business and is always on the cutting edge of technology and new features.
단점:
Customer service can sometimes take a bit long, but my most recent customer service experience with them was exceptional.
Full Featured product to Manage your business
주석: Overall, our experience has been very good with Zenoti. We are especially impressed with the rate of continuing investment that the company is putting into the product. Previous software platforms we have used cannot compare.

A full featured product that eliminates the need for integrating a variety of solutions for different business needs.

Some features could use some minor improvements to make them more intuitive for our staff to understand and use effectively.
Zenoti review
주석: Overall, zenoti has been helpful but there are some rather tedious features that take away from the user friendliness of it all.

I like how all the data is easily accessible in the reports and in general booking appointments is an easy process. During my onboarding, [sensitive content hidden], was amazing!! She answered every one of my questions in detail, even ones that may seem simple.
단점:
There are way too many options and in order to make one change sometimes it requires many steps. The permissions for each job can also be overwhelming.
Run, don't walk to Zenoti Salon and Spa software! It's the best!

We changed our software for the first time in 15 years, to Zenoti. They walked us through every step, guiding us and problem solving any challanges we had. I can't say enough good things about their customer service and I would definitely recommend Zenoti to anyone looking to upgrade their salon software and offer their customers the most up to date technology.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. Changing software is always hard, so it was nice to have their constant support.

Beauty Edit Review
주석: It has been very positive so far! we are still learning the ins and outs but I have no doubt that it will work great for us. Having the readily available support fro [sensitive content hidden] has ensured that our business operations were not interrupted which was very important for us.

We are still getting familiar with Zenoti but so far all of the functionality far surpasses our previous software. The customer support we have received from [sensitive content hidden] has been over and above any other company we have worked with. He has been instrumental in helping us get Zenoti set-up and functional. He responds very quickly and address every issue in a very timely manner. We would have been lost without his exceptional support and I hope he is recognized for his incredible service.
단점:
The migration from Aesthetic Record has been a nightmare but I do realize the issues were on their end so I cannot fault Zenoti for this.

Great for appointment based POS, but very complex and too many bugs
주석: Thought this was going to be a great POS after sitting thru demo however the more I use the less I like. I found it best to only use about 10% of the functionality just because of the bugs and developers/leadership not understanding barber/salon needs.

Appointment based, ease for customers to make appointments and the text messages to confirm customer appointments
단점:
In IT for 40 years, Poor Design- have to jump around to different areas to complete a task, not well thought out(not from an owners perspective), Poor reports - give too much meaningless data. I'd like to filter on an employee within the Attendance Employee Report but can't, but I have several stupid filters with only 1 choice or having 10 stylist choice?. Too many bugs, Zenoti doesn't test their software before pushing it out to production. They don't take pride in their product
A+ Team and overall product

We recently brought on Zenoti for our new venture into the MedSpa business. Immediately we knew we needed a EMR software that was compatible to allow for multiple users and multiple specialties (since we were trying to marry this with our existing plastic surgery practice). [sensitive content hidden] was initially in charge of the signup process, then for onboarding and the buildout we were assigned to work with [sensitive content hidden]. They utilize a dashboard called Basecamp and assigned our office staff with daily/weekly to do's which helped keep everything in order and on a timeline. We have now been using the software for approximately 2 weeks and were still working out the kinks but can already tell how much more organized this will help us be in the office. Thank you ladies for the support and gentle pushes to get this done! We are so happy to have found a company that is so hands on and truly walks you through the process. Thank you all for your time and continued support!
