> **단점**: I've been using Bitrix24 since last year, and I have to say: in the last few months, especially the last month, it feels like the platform has been abandoned and all the staff have been replaced by a dumb AI. Support has been taking days, if not weeks, to respond. We're experiencing an error with card merging that's been open for over a month. Changes are made out of the blue, without warning, and we have to constantly find new ways to do things. It seems to create more problems than solutions. No CRM card can be deleted, and merging doesn't work, so we created a column just to isolate cards that need to be merged and/or deleted. Automations don't pull updated numbers or contact names, so we have to create new cards when we correct someone's number or contact name, otherwise it sends automated messages with the old/incorrect information. We're constantly having problems connecting to WhatsApp, and we thought it was a Meta issue, but it's actually Bitrix. We're starting to evaluate new platforms to migrate our entire operation, and it's going to be a lot of work, but it looks like it'll be worth it.

> Our company was looking for a solution to automate the transfer of leads from the Indiamart marketplace to the Bitrix24 CRM in order to get rid of manual transfer of applications. As a result, viasocket turned out to be the most suitable tool for our tasks.&#10;Separately, I would like to note the work of the support service — at the start, the application for connecting to Bitrix24 did not work correctly, but experts quickly suggested an alternative option with direct connection via client\_id. In the future, any issues were resolved very quickly, usually within an hour.&#10;I was also pleased with the interface: if you have previously worked with Zapier or Make, it will be very easy to get used to it — the logic of scripts and steps is almost identical. It took only a few minutes to set up the integration we needed.&#10;An additional advantage is the ability to make arbitrary requests to Bitrix24 via the API. Despite the lack of the necessary ready-made node, using the Custom API Request, it was possible to fully implement the necessary logic for transferring data from Indiamart.&#10;We can recommend viasocket as a convenient and flexible no/low-code solution for configuring integrations between business applications.

> **장점**: An All-In-One CRM that has loads of customisation that it is close to bespoke, but with the bonus that features are continuously being improved and developed within your subscription costs.&#10;&#10;It can be good straight out the box, but most customers will want to work with a Bitirx24 Partner so that it can be configured to integrate with your operations and enable massive efficiencies early into the adoption of Bitrix24.&#10;&#10;This will benefit your business in the long-term as you will look to utilise the 35+ functions - saving loads on additional subscriptions for Video Calling, E-Signatures, Cloud Storage, just to highlight a few.
